Agaim, the widower's mite has been added; my feeling is that takeover will happen sooner rather than later, especially as RDT is getting quite a few contracts. What matters also is the repeat contract, which we will find out about soon, one hopes.

presently getting 9.6 to sell and 10.8 to buy.

I re. j Livermore saying to watch out for large sells running through as a precursor to large upward moves so presently sticking with it and waiting for news.

Holding RHS issued

Interesting , so that trade for 1.295m shares a couple of days ago was a sell by Hargreave Hale Discretionary clients - they got 9.5p.

Wonder who wanted them?

Extract from article

"Microsoft already has customers for its U.K. datacenters, including the Ministry of Defence, the Glasgow City Council, Marks & Spencer and Virgin Atlantic, among others. In addition, Microsoft has datacenter agreements with the South London & Maudsley NHS Trust, Aston Martin, Capita and Rosslyn Analytics, according to Microsoft's U.K. announcement. Results should be announced any day now:

Rosslyn Data Technologies plc (AIM: RDT), a global leader in big data cloud technology, announces that it expects to release its results for the year to 30 April 2016 in early September and is pleased to provide an update on trading.

Highlighting Rosslyn's relationship with Microsoft was the Times article published in April earlier this year, entitled " Microsoft takes aim at Rosslyn Data Technologies".

RDT's share price spiked a little on that article , but nothing came of it, the share price retreated, although no denial of the story was every made.

RDT have highlighted their relationship with Microsoft as part of commentary within their results but not to my knowledge , specifically in an RNS.

If one of those 'joint-opportunities' with Microsoft comes to fruition and is RNSed then I'm sure RDT will come onto the radar and the share price may well re-rate as a result.

Obviously all the above is entirely IMO and describes a scenario which may never come to pass - but on the other hand!! :-)
