|goggin: Having managed to lose most shareholders money in Scoot.com, what makes you believe the directors of this company are not back to line their own pockets?
Placed at 10p, now 32p with no new business aquired and nothing but blue smoke in the share price, this is prime for a total flop. Of course, greed can always prevale and because there are only 8m shares in issue, the mm can continue to suck in punters at these higher levels. The share price is being supported by the reputation of the one time scoot director, and he managed to see his company loose 99.99 % in its share price, why should he do better here?
There is nothing new in his business plan, there are hundreds of established companies who they will compete with - beware and enjoy the trill.|
|undervalued ino: INNOBOX - BUY TODAY - BIG RISE TOMORROW
1) THEIR ARX INVESTMENT HAS ROCKETED TODAY, INO SHARE PRICE HAS ACTUALLY DROPPED
2) THEIR MOSS COTTAGE ASSET, CASH AND CURRENT ASSETS, AND NEW HOTEL INVESTMENT ARE VALUED AT NIL BY THE CURRENT MARKET CAP
DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH, CHECK THE RESULTS. MORE NEWS DUE SOON ON THE NEW HOTEL INVESTMENT, WHICH IS WORTH MORE THAN £1m.
The company is going to announce finance in the region of £1m for the new project. Ask yourselves, would Barclays Bank lend someone £1m if their plans weren't up to scratch?
All this, and the market cap is still only £1.2m!|
|simonevans: Wole - yes, but if you read the aim prospectus the directors invested £55k at 1p. So directors 1p, placees 10p, current share price well over 20p...not difficult to see that there is a bit of hot air in the price. Astute investors got in at 1p!|
|wole: simon - you're wrong, and right!
The placing was at 10p. And the share price is 10 times the cash.
But you're right - the quick buck has been made.
It's a mad world. Irrational investing might mean the prices here will continue to bubble for some time...|
|simonevans: Yes, and given the share price is 20 times the cash in the bank, they need to be.....let's face it the quick buck has already been made!|
