Rolls Royce is a big name and I thought it is a good opportunity to invest to give a try for a longer period.

Hi all,

My wife has just been sent about 7500 of these beasts. The current price seems to be 0.1 pence so what use are they? Does anyone know how to play these. Hold,sell,convert?

Also whats the conversion method?

Can anyone tell me what the advantage is of shareholders keeping hold of these shares instead of converting them into normal shares, thanks.

Translated at the scrip dictated price? (for those of you who take scrip divis you will concur that this means "the highest price the shares have been at in recent months minus one per cent")however I think that there is a reason for the volumes here but also a reason that while RR has doubled the B shares remain at 10.2, it is a way of buying RR. at the price it will be in the future, but I agree whu not jusyt buy them in the future, maybe some institutions have to spend today?

these shares are offered in lieu of dividend.

they offer little upside since all you can do is translate them into real RR. shares between certain dates each year as determined by the rules of RR.

Buy real shares instead. They are only of interest to existing shareholders.

Financials does not reveal a single bit of info save the bid and ask price as i write, no idea its market cap, gearing.net asset value, ect it must be a steel at this level ?did i spell steal wrong oh well, DYOR it wont take a minute, This is a world class British name of megatun proportions with a long history of the finest crafty crafts of craftmenship the world has to offer, its now offered to you all at 0.15 per share bid 0.09 stock still avaible at last you to can own a stake in a Rolls Royce b?? i wonder wot dat b means??

As there was no BB page for this stock i thought being a rolls royce stock it deserved a thread, i know nothing about this set up company,there are no RNS as i write todate and information on this new entity is im sure most appreciated, but with all the activety on the company with huge trades, it seems to have some followers,
