only a month ago the directors were buying shares...???

Garvis Snook, Chief Executive - 200,000 Shares at a price of 19.0p per share
Sean Cummins, Finance Director - 210,000 Shares at a price of 18.75p per share
Ian Ellis, Non-Executive Director - 52,000 Shares at a price of 18.75p per share
Rob Olorenshaw, Chief Operating Officer - 53,237 Shares at a price of 18.66p per

what surprises me though is that the likes of Tescos would have carried out some form of supplier viability/continuity test/review + the recent internal investigation outcome

The latter in particular should have spotted more it would seem

exile - congrats on getting this one right. You must have had some insight into this company. Care to reveal what or how. I certainly didn't see this coming for one moment. Thankfully I didn't hold any, but I certainly came close. I bought IRV instead.

Did not hold here but was waiting on the sideline.

Something very dodgy going on here, i work in construction and ROK have been winning contracts left right and centre.

Doesn't make sense but iam sure all will be revealed.

unbelievable - after the boards so called investigation and clearance of the old directors reputation etc

Trust if there is a catastrophic loss here that the board is persued under the new statute legislation in place

Certainly feel for any holders here getting royally shafted, as the assets will sold of to the likes of Mears and Morgan Sindall for nothing.

Last year's IMS was on 05 Nov 09 so are we expecting an IMS soon? The 'Key Dates' page within Investor Relations states Nov so we should expect it soon!
