Snook apparently still held all his shares, just split between his name and his wifes name. That is why it was not reported in the liquidators report

lol the latest is ROK directors managed to sell all their shares just before the group went into admin and the shares suspended. The shares are now worthless.

The good news however is my brother in law has managed to get a well paid job with Lovell as they took over some of ROKs contracts.

Am I looking at the right LSE;ROK. What is this talk of directors buying and prices should move? The company is in administration and I can't see any movement on the share price at all. Mind you, I can't see any news about the latest status of the company anywhere. Does anyone know what the latest is?

I've never before owned shares in a company that has gone into administration and wonder whether you guys can tell me what, if anything, is likely to happen to my shares? I realise I can't sell them at the moment. If they have no value at all, at what point do I write them off as a capital loss? For now I'm just hoping for the best... Help!

Just under 1.2m shares traded on 5th November, the last trading day prior to suspension. What a crook indeed, GS's holding amounted to a little over 1m so he could have sold out then. :-( I hope he lives to regret bailing out. The fine should exceed the capital raised otherwise it's no punishment imho.

Bought in to make a show and sold out before everything collapsed. What a nice man. He would make a good politician.
