Breaking out of its 30MDA here.Charts indicate upward momentum could be little or no resistance on a breakout here IMO.

Chinese contract is doing rather well I hear!Production is ramping up and the order book is increasing. This seems more than oversold and it's cheap as chips too!I've increased on the current weakness and await the positive news that is about to come our way.

They appear positive but they need to issue their results asap otherwise the share price will continue to slide although you could not call it as a mass market sell off.

Makes you think they are waiting for something

Maybe results tomorrow with new contracts ????

hamidahamida:> You are too generous (imo) Even at a deeply discounted price what are the chances of support for a business platform that (imo) appears to be flawed.

Also in respect of China only applicable within the country and not for export products as again imo too expensive to return to source unless RM2 can structure a global pool - As yet I have not seen any indication that there are plans to create such a pool or that it would be viable under the current structure.

You will not have seen of course, however the TTIP stipulations will be more than profitable for this company IMO.It's cheap to buy and a great one to profit on very soon.

I just don't get this company. Wooden pallets are so far the dominant force in logistics. Cheap, re-useable, light, repairable so many secondary uses. Users prefer them. The odds are stacked against them with their slippery, fibreglass substitute.Just how much cash have they burned through so far?I keep watch in case they make some sort of radical breakthrough ..... China is a possibility as it is nigh on impossible to get wooden packing crates for goods shipped from there due to wood shortages but, the rest of the world, particularly the Nordic, USA & European regions have plenty, plenty of wood to spare.I understand the opportunity that the company thinks it can see in the market but, they are attacking it the wrong way, imo.

Yes, it appears to be do at the current time that wood I'd good? However just as steam was replaced so shall the wooden pallet be. The new regulations that will be coming through, especially around sustainable carbon footprints around this issue will kick a few of you into touch. The Bilderberg Group say so.

But not I suspect glass fibre ones - Anyone know if practical and/or cost effective ?

Could well be (if my gut feel is correct) another downside.

Thoughts/knowledge.

I was tipped this exactly one year ago, when I was at the Epsom Derby, by a fund manager,I said it won't work, seems a crazy idea to me, wooden pallets you can't beat. If something is not broke why try to fix it.

Revenue, income, higher profit margins and a new restructured EBITDA announcement to be laid out before your feet very soon, young Lentjes. You wouldn't want to miss the ride here, would you old chap?Keep watching and learn a new lesson here. All in my opinion of course.
