Patience isn’t easy. It’s about holding your nerve. Sticking to your convictions. Staying calm when everyone else is selling, or buying. Not following the herd. Knowing when to act. And that’s why we see patience as our most valuable asset.
Our patience investment philosophy comprises four distinct components – finding value; long-term conviction and team work – which, together, underpin our whole approach to investing. It's been at the root of our long-established track record in UK equities expertise at Invesco Perpetual. It's in our DNA.

RM2 International, Industrials, 0.36%

It is just 0.36% of his fund value, so if he got it wrong it is not going to be end of the world for him. institution buying is not what makes up the company valuations. go figure...

Agreed in principle Paul, but Woodford has a new fund coming out. It doesn't take much positive money flow to move the price up, and at the same time the value of existing RM2 shares in the funds he manages will become more valuable also. Trebles all round as Private Eye would put it.

It has to be said though this is one leaky ship and a stonkingly obvious insider trade.

well if so then why it didn't keep going up when woodford bought last year around the low 50's just to see it goes to 70's and then back to 46 before spike on the back of leaked rns? surely that has nothing to do with woodford, right?a quick question for you, do you have factual numbers that justify the current company valuation?30% 40% 50% or 60% down from IPO price doesn't justify the valuation, insider dealings alone doesn't justify it either. we got to see more concrete numbers first before dreaming away with potential.

If the stock is good enough for Woodford funds then it sure has enormous potential would expect new upside once this selling runs its course . Cannot see any reason for it trade back in low 50's but each to his own .

good that u top sliced, nothing works better than sell the news then. u should be able to get back in low 50's maybe end of weeksell the news usually comes with new contracts and forward looking statements, and usually vaborate on the day once the early spike is dusted.momentum and real trend changes comes with factual numbers, aka results and concrete numbers, and that is not present yet here, and till that happens enjoy trading the holdings and contracts rns's as quickly as they allow you.

Unlikely to see those lows if we do I will be back buying in size having top sliced this morning . Also Woodford would be back in buying as well no doubt .

Good to hear of some positive news.

Looks like a nice kick off for the RM2 business, although a SP500 and 15 Billion pound TA company PPG is a drop in the Ocean compared to some of the other fish in the pond. However all big things grow out of little things.

Thanks enviro - I couldn't see the reason for the rise today until I saw your words. Good call on 60p, that could set you up nicely as cult leader. Perhaps think about a newsletter or shareholder action group?

In all seriousness front-running Woodford money has been a pretty successful strategy since last summer.

Thats a good point, woodford is already a big fan, this would indeed fit his new funds remit very nicely indeed.

That aside, its rising on good volume so someone is certainly buying.

Has this been tipped today as no market news to justify the rise ? Unless previously over sold.
