Seems a no brainer to me....current cash pile 950k by june it will be £1.5 mill...current Market Cap is 650k..Win if deal is done Win if Cash is returned...as long as your willing to wait 6 months..

Spoke to John Shaw, Shares will be suspended on the 9th of January for a a period of 6 months after which a decision will be made whether to return cash to shareholders...In the meantime they are actively seeking an acquisition and an announcment of some sort is due shortly

failed to make an acquisition which constitutes a reverse takeover under Rule 14
or has otherwise implemented its investing policy within 12 months of such an
event. Accordingly the Company's securities will be suspended from trading from
07.00 on Monday 11 January, 2010.
The Future
Your board is seeking out a suitable acquisition following which it intends to
apply for re-admission to trading on AIM.

I bought yet more before they get suspended. Then do a deal in the oil sector before 8th July and come back at a considerably higher price was my reasoning.

That 375,000 block was mine - just a small punt. Hopefully we get a deal before 8th January.

Someone paying 0.2 for 375,000 block, could be a deal in hand maybe.

Also take a look at Merchant House Group (MHG), lots of untapped value in the Arc Capital deal that hasn't been reflected in the price yet.

Extract from a previous company announcement:

Under the AIM rules the Company is required to make an acquisition or acquisitions which constitute a reverse takeover or otherwise implement its Investing Policy on or before 8 January 2010 failing which the Company's ordinary shares would then be suspended from trading on AIM. If the Company's Investing Policy has not been implemented on or before 8 July 2010, the admission to trading on AIM would be cancelled.
