("Richoux" or the "Company")
Completion of Subscription
On 19 December 2016, the Company announced that it had conditionally raised GBP1.69 million through a subscription of 6,771,972 new ordinary shares of 4 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Subscription Shares") at a price of 25 pence per share (the "Subscription").
Further to this announcement, the Company is pleased to confirm the admission to trading of the Subscription Shares on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and the receipt of the cash proceeds due from the Subscription.
In accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation, details of the PDMR transactions, as previously announced, are set out below.
