I think I've answered that question Barky, several times? A small stake, would not like to lose it all but if I did it would not have much of an impact - currently in the black, and hoping that it gets blacker.You find it impossible to believe that someone could own a share and raise critical comment? Take a look at LSE or III, people with a lot more at stake than me do it every day. Sad.

do you remember a few years ago, (from memory) - SC said something about being 'comfortable' with the expectations but then went on to miss it - only by a small margin but miss it he did... the shares fell...

Criteo are a strong force, I've often seen mobile ads presented by them...
Ad Tech is v fast moving, companies have to stay ahead of the game...

cheers sikh, they love their guidance in the US

these guys even give Q4 separately when reporting the full year results, and in Q4 2016 Criteo made $0.84 in Q4 alone, with quarterly adjusted ebitda of $78m!

whatever the future holds for ad tech these guys are surely going to be part of it, what can you do but stand back and applaud.

Rocket Fuel shares fell after they announced lower Q1 guidance...

Likewise Criteo fell following their lower guidance...

strong outlook is important...results are history... outlook is the future..

Criteo CEO Eric Eichmann's 2 big predictions for ad tech in 2017 (CRTO)

"Header bidding will continue and more companies will make announcements about linking online ads to offline sales, using CRM databases."


Here's what he thinks the big themes will be:

- Header bidding will continue to rise — putting strain on traditional ad exchanges

- Linking online ads to offline sales
Criteo has made its business on proving people that saw the online ads it served clicked through to buy the product in a brand's online store.
