16/1/2017 13:15 | STT forgets 1R is a start up and is still trying to tie them down with blinkx's old numbers when we will only know the truth after the first full year of trading or more as always living in the past with he's VHS videos and still looking for NOTW on a Sunday | football
16/1/2017 13:10 | I get the impression STT is using 200$m as a stick to beat r1 with if they don't achieve that large figure. Very mischievous and out of order really. | lance corporal winstanley ash
16/1/2017 13:06 | I thought I'd given a reason for falling below $200m in my post above STT? i.e. on the basis of ytd performance and BM's own characterisation of financial Q4 vs Q3 I would expect them to do about $170m ex Perk, or $180m-$185m including Perk. That would be great in my book - beating FY16 performance (before adding in Perk) despite starting the year at a run-rate well below the FY16 average. If you look at the latest quarter's performance they did "only" $5m more programmatic revenue than in the previous quarter - despite it being seasonally the best and having a full 3 months of the 7 new markets announced in the previous TU instead of just 6 weeks. So I can't see any way in which a reasonable investor could "expect" $200m revenue in the year. R1 may get it because of the volatility of fill rate and pricing, but that would be very much an upside outcome in my book. | 1gw
16/1/2017 13:04 | Any numbers? that is £s or $s. | jonc
16/1/2017 12:43 | That's why i think gl said Perk's acquisition is mudding the water... is it gl? | sikhthetech
16/1/2017 12:42 | Yes, so add in Perk revenue as well as the new markets (50% increase in markets) and global partners...The fy revenue ... approx $200m??So they shouldn't have any reasons for falling below $200m.. should they??They need to back up their comments with figures...And Perk cash as well.. | sikhthetech
16/1/2017 12:37 | I do believe MM's have their columns mixed up? Still if they are working so hard to give an impression....it is only fair we pretend to believe them. lol Look forward to the Yanks having a say a little later. | barkboo
16/1/2017 12:04 | I read in the paper that today everyone has Monday morning Blues going to work, certainly looking Blue for workers in the Rhythm 😀 | nickb
16/1/2017 11:37 | Perk did $15m (after re-statement) in Q1'16 and $19m in Q3'16. So if the deal does close this week, R1 might hope to get $10m-$15m from Perk in the current quarter I would have thought. | 1gw
16/1/2017 11:33 | en route to 120p | rocket fuel
16/1/2017 11:25 | Perk shareholders liking the share price action too footy. My charts say 46p may break this week.Same charts that made me packet on NXT and DNLM. | kendonagasaki
16/1/2017 11:06 | seems the market likes jam tomorrow now | football
16/1/2017 10:58 | The perk deal hasn't completed. Should get approval on the 18th. So no revenue booked as yet imo. | lance corporal winstanley ash
16/1/2017 10:51 | LCWA, H1 was without Perk, +5 new markets and new global partners... H1 was $80m...Q1 is also usually weak... so with the new markets, Perk and additional global partners, Q3 was stronger than Q2, so H2 should be substantially higher than H1... | sikhthetech
16/1/2017 10:48 | where as the gaxy post gone too anyone? sikhthetech16 Jan '17 - 10:07 - 4159 of 4164 0 0 (premium) same old lies from football..with the usual 'good luck'.... football16 Jan '17 - 08:47 - 1346 of 1346 0 0 (premium) Nobbygnome good luck but watch for old STT as he likes to pump and dump shares football15 Jan '17 - 23:29 - 2733 of 2767 0 0 Edit I WOULD LIKE ADVFN TO HIGH LIGHT EDITS OR BAN THEM BUT NOT ALL HERE WOULD LIKE THAT WOULD THEY STT WHY WOULD THAT BE???? | football
16/1/2017 10:45 | 200$ Seems a little fanciful. Between 165-180$m is my expectation. The perk wont acquisition won't add a great deal at this late stage of the financial year. | lance corporal winstanley ash
16/1/2017 10:42 | Numis 16/01 Retains Buy Buy 52.00p | football
16/1/2017 10:42 | gustafssonj - I agree, and the fact that there's additional stuff coming in, as opposed to steady state operations, is why I felt comfortable going with the mid-point of Brian's 20-30% fall in revenue QoQ and ignoring the "even 40%" bit. Worth noting though that last year, when they were also presumably in full growth mode, their programmatic platform revenue dropped 27% (on my calcs) between financial Q3 and Q4. | 1gw
16/1/2017 10:41 | Considering R1 was not yet 'born' a year ago, they have come a long way since those dark days. share price now approaching a three bagger from low of 15p.More to go, one hopes ! | wheeze
16/1/2017 10:41 | gustaf, so the fy figures should back it up... shouldn't they? H1 was $80m, with Perk, new global partners, 5 new EU markets (50% increase on 9)... H2 should be substantially higher than H1... $200m??? Let's see if they can back it up with figures... | sikhthetech
16/1/2017 10:38 | sikhthetech so buy, sell or short like you have? must be starting to hurt now | football
16/1/2017 10:34 | 1gw, it should be added that - "During the Period, the Company integrated a number of new global programmatic demand and supply partners, and entered into five new EU markets, bringing the total to 14 in the year to date." IMO this is impressive and bods well for ramping revenues and profits. | gustafssonj
16/1/2017 10:25 | Is that around the price that Brian can activate his options?I wonder if he will or will he take a pound at March time? | kendonagasaki |
