20/2/2007 12:52 | AFX news feed Good progress was also seen in Revenue Assurance Services shares, 4-3/4 pence higher at 114-1/4 following news that the group has signed its first contract for the delivery of consultancy services and revenue assurance in the Electricity market. The group also confirmed that discussions in respect of a renewal for a gas market contract continue to make good progress, and that trading continues to be in line with market expectations. In reaction, Bridgewell Securities said it believes that both contracts relate to Centrica. The broker maintained its 'buy' rating on Revenue Assurance and looks for fair value at about 150 pence. | johnroger

20/2/2007 12:48 | PE is 11.5, dropping to about 9 for 2007/8 with 25% growth. Should have added on the dip last week, pe of 15 would see them moving towards 200p. | sheik yerbouti
20/2/2007 12:44 | Hoping that Centrica contract will be signed soon...if that happens we could see the share price well north of 130p imo....what with those juicy margins! :o) | nurdin
20/2/2007 08:27 | Good news - according to Baird's research Electricity market 2.5x larger than Gas. I think what has depressed the price recently is a seller and lack of news so this is very welcome. Company stated intention is to seek strategic acquisitions and would expect further news over the next few months.DYOR AO | a0148009

22/1/2007 11:24 | I'll answer my own question, we are waiting- RAS continues to do work for Centrica with contract still at draft stage. Other customers include parts of Eon RWE & SSE though not clear if they are contracted or just doing work for them. | blueliner
21/1/2007 15:35 | Update, thanks for that. | papalpower
21/1/2007 12:31 | New group website could do with being incorporated in header Provides links to Powerdebt & UBM & investor info annual reports etc not brilliant but OK as a point of reference. Useful that the co tidied up its interims so the new business was highlighted and not mixed up with the disposal turnover + profit edit: not sure from reading above, is there something going with Centrica & RAS or are we waiting? | blueliner
19/1/2007 19:37 | Just having a nose around. Looks like one to possibly lock away for regular earnings growth, with the possibility of a re-rating somewhere along the line. Solid earnings would carry it along satisfactorily without a re-rating anyway by the look of it ? | yump |
