I have just spoken to the brokers evolution -Tom Price-the company is not in liquidation and they are still working on their accounts -should be ready in the next few weeks.

Dubois-that sounds as though they are just stating the obvious-when a company is suspended there is no trading of the shares.

it takes ages before you can offset against the cgt; can you not set it off against income or is that not the case if it is an aim stock.

dubois-I have had no confirmation and i would have expected a formal announcement not a broker note. Are you sure they are not confused with the suspension.

Received a letter from my broker today saying that they are no longer trading, anyone else had confirmation of this.

ha so you have capitulated and given up the folly of ever making anything here then?

cant see these being traded again at all in fact.they will remain suspended until the end at which point you will be able to file against any cgt you may be liable for on your more successful punts....er/..that is if you have any successful punts running.....if you aplied the same logic as here for other investments,then your future doesnt look very bright does it????

I think so. The only hope is that it comes back from Suspension soon and the Harringtons want to clear their name, and bid for the limited % of shares in free float and on the market and we can jump ship at that point

I think it's in the middle - 6 months after accounts not filed....and they had until end June for reporting year end anyway? so would guess December end would be the very leatest - not 100% sure though

i wouldnt write them off just yet...been looking at the sites and seem to be getting very active...if they can replicate sites like ideal shopping then they will be minted

these are finally finished in my view and good bloody riddance.

any residue will be taken by the real owners omni and all.

as ann robinson would say

"you shareholders are the weakest link and leave with nothing"

at least you can get the cgt credit for the write off.

I wish we could be listed again so the Harringtons could buy some more shares and cause a little squeeze, say another 7% off the free market shares, which are not even that many.

I am convinced we will not see these relisted. Too much has gone on which may never come out.

They have been milking shareholders money for years, I have been in since pacific media, I doubled my money on my first tranch, and was stupidly convinced by a friend to get back in when they moved into Hong Kong TV selling.

£1450.00 was worth £1.47 Friday, probably worth £0.00 now.

Same thing happened with Ronson
