4/2/2008 5:32:13 AM ResponzeTV PLC (RETV.L) announced a trading update ahead of the announcement of its preliminary results for the financial year ended 31 December 2007.

The Group expects to show over 10 times growth in sales from the previous year, to approximately US$23.0 million. This reflects mainly the contributions of the Reliant and Famous Discoveries businesses acquired during the year. The year also saw a doubling of revenues from its International Wholesale business.

Gross profit is also expected to grow approximately 70 times from the previous year to about US$12.1 million, with gross profit margins expected to be over 50% from 8% the previous year. The company also expects to show large reductions in EBITDA losses and loss before tax.

Hi guys this is the first time I have posted on this thread.

Whatlarks - I had 10,000 PCM cost me £1,446.60 I now have 6 thats £241 per share, all 6 are now worth £1.38 and thats after the 52% increase today.

dubois - great,only another 229.5p to go before I breakeven........ do I have to leave the BB. too.

If you had more than 40,000 pcm then yes you have some of the new company, can't remember the conversion rate but don't get excited I think it was something liek 40,000 = 25 new ones but best check.

Told you. Should've kept one open on this. Don't know why we need to wait to the need of April but the increase in profits (yes it is) and sales as well as a pipeline of continued growth, means I wasn't wrong .

Surely they mean they expect a large INCREASE in EBITDA and a large reduction in pretax losses....should issue a correction I suggest.

I realise the AIM rules are lax but its not unreasonable to expect regular reports if not quarterly then half yearly.

here we just get nothing.its over a year now is it not?smacks of the old pcm to me....
