because they are in a hong kong office running a business based around the connections in Florida, so you work out the time zones and their personal basis for following whose rules?

i would be able to see more clearly if they stuck to the reporting rules and issued updates in a timely way.in fact that would help everyone,15p to sell now,and untill they issue some kind of financial stement it weill get a lot worse.

how can you have faith in a board that allows asset destruction on this scale rather than just post the results?

Strangeglow, rememeber they did take the American company from a few cents to 20 odd dollars.

Not saying they will do that here, but until you learn to remove yourself from PCM you will not see anything clearly.

sale went from $1.46m to $12.5m, which isn't too bad really and operating loss to operating profit. Don't think pcm, think ASOS, but we do sell high margin tat though. And the dodgy Scottish Royal chef didn't help.

Meditate for a while and stop dwelling so much on the old pcm. You could get to 300p, you never know.

and finally the H2 and the full year results were released last year on 3rd April. for some unknown reason they are a secret this year but could they be this week?

and some of the things they were doing in H2

ResponzeTV PLC announces that its US subsidiary, Reliant International Media LLC
('Reliant'), has entered into a joint venture with JML Direct Limited ('JML)
for the launch of a new 24 hour UK home shopping channel, to be called
'Showcase TV'. The new channel is to be broadcast on channel 632, which is in
prime position, near the top of the shopping genre on the Sky Digital Platform
in the UK, and is being designed to provide UK consumers with the opportunity to
buy US and international home shopping products.


The arrangements provide for Reliant to introduce products for sale on the
channel, to provide related films and infomercials for broadcast and to provide
sourcing for products for sale on the channel. JML is to provide the airtime for
the channel, all administration, logistics and related services for the business
and any required financing for the business. The profits of the business, after
agreed deductions for costs and overheads, are to be shared on a 50/50 basis.


The new channel is scheduled for launch on 28 May 2007.


Kevin Harrington, Chief Executive Officer of ResponzeTV PLC, said: 'The joint
venture provides an exciting opportunity to launch Reliant's products in the UK
in a prime position on the shopping genre of the Sky Digital Platform. We are
very pleased to have been able to team up with such an experienced, efficient
and skilled operator in TV retail promotions as JML Direct Limited. The launch
of the new channel is a major step in the continuing development of the
ResponzeTV business, providing prime distribution for our products in such a
major home shopping market as the UK. The channel is expected to have an early
positive impact on the results of the ResponzeTV group.'


John Mills, Managing Director of John Mills Limited, said: 'We are delighted
to have been able to join with Reliant and have available to the channel
Reliant's US and international product development, show production and product
sourcing skills. The combination of our respective strengths is anticipated to
provide the UK home shopping consumer with an exciting range of products at
competitive prices. We see this as an excellent way to maximize value from our
ownership of epg channel 632.'

And the the figures for H1 were as below, from September 2007


LONDON (Thomson Financial) - ResponzeTV PLC reported a narrower first-half
pretax loss benefiting from strong revenue growth, adding that it expects
trading in the second half to show further improvement.
The home shopping company's pretax loss for the six months to end-June came
in at 361,000 usd compared with a loss of 4.1 mln stg, as sales rose nearly 11
times to 12.72 mln usd from 1.16 mln.
It expects continuing improvement in results for the rest of 2007 and into
2008, and anticipates its acquired businesses of Reliant and Famous Discoveries
making "meaningful impact" in the second half of the year

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - ResponzeTV PLC said it expects "major revenue
growth" in the second half from the combined businesses of Reliant International
Media LLC and Famous Discoveries, both companies it acquired this year.
The home shopping company added its international supply business continues
to show revenue growth ahead of expectations.
The company, in a statement ahead of its AGM, said it expects to see
continued progress throughout the year and continues to look at further growth
through acquisition.
ResponzeTV also said Reliant has been focusing on completing the development
of new products and projects for launch this year, adding it believes these
products will generate "significant revenues", and that more product launches
are in the pipeline.

Time will tell, but the first half of 2007 they posted a 1000% increase in sales, yet they do not seem to want to tell us how the second half went.

Email the brokers and ask for an update, the more that do maybe they'll listen.

when people see their punts crumbling they generally look for conspiracy theories to explain it when really they have just backed a crock.

and the steady 25 shares a day sale is being done just to raise £4.50. i think not, it is being manipulated down for a reason and not for the general shareholders benefit. Arwe you one of the manipulators?

yes and if its just more bad news as the trend suggests it will go down equally quickly.

listen if they had anything positive to report it wlould/should be out by now.

generally with companies no news isn't good news.just stagnation.

The share price has been falling because of selling, 5,000 shares will drop the share price by 1p so if/when good news arrives it will bounce 20p in a day
