25/6/2013 17:28 | I must say, I do find it amusing that they style themselves at the start of the RNS, "..a leading provider of claims management and consultancy solutions to the UK insurance profession" Really? With that small a business, you're a leading provider??? I'd hate to see the performance of the small-fry companies! Still, they needed money and hands have been put in pockets. That's always something. | soggy
25/6/2013 15:56 | I wonder how true the contracts are, i would love to get that confirmed from the other companies, sadly I dont trust JF | beginner3
25/6/2013 15:46 | After seeing another 50% fall over two separate trading sessions this month one would at least hope that JF and the others would buy some shares in the market. The share price is completely clapped out and bears no relation to the contracts announced. | loverat
25/6/2013 15:11 | Well, with the statement like that from the JF, we cannot expect it to shoot up | beginner3
25/6/2013 15:08 | Famous last words. Out come the sellers! | loverat
25/6/2013 14:48 | I actually see one of those trades was a buy this morning. Buy price .016p. Is the company worth more than the present market cap? I would say so. More encouraging news going forward and one would think this was the bottom and we shall hopefully move up from here. Highlights for 2013 include: · Contract with Global Recruitment Operation - 12 Months - valued £1.4m to provide complaints handlers to Financial Services organisation. · Extension of current PPI contract with leading Global Retail Bank - Impacting July to December 2013 - valued circa £760,000. · Negotiations well advanced for the further provision of PPI complaints handlers to major UK retail bank value circa £760,000. · General Insurance contracts with a number of UK and Global insurers for the provision of managed teams of Personal Injury, Property and Motor handlers. · The Placement business division - APT handling the majority of the Group's own recruitment needs improving the balance sheet and now handling volume placement requirements for a number of organisations. · Signing of a contract to provide Surge (increased work flow) support via the Verify division to one of the largest Global Loss Adjusting and Claims Management operations. This strategic alliance is further being developed. · Growing interest in consulting services including Audit and Review of Supply Chains as insurers seek to understand and minimize frictional costs. A number of Audit programmes have been secured and will impact in H2 2013. Additional new business proposals are being generated across all areas of the business. The Group also continues to actively explore the creation of relationships with other companies serving the sector with compatible services to its own with a view to collaborating on areas of mutual interest. In this respect exploratory discussions are taking place with a number of potential parties. Commenting, Executive Chairman John French, said: "The freak break in the traditional weather pattern for late 2011 and early 2012 resulted in a negative impact on our overall recovery following the positive changes introduced in previous years. However, we are now benefiting from the positive impact of our expanding and more recently developed services. We are also seeing a steady improvement in trading with revenues beginning to rise as a result of new business from existing and new clients and we fully expect this to continue as the year progresses." | loverat
18/6/2013 18:11 | Well, I guess there was a rather large sell yesterday but when considered with the buying from the other day, it does seem silly. Basically this is now so low now that when it gets marked up or down by 0.05 it ends up on the leader board. I just hope the silence from the management is because they have been busy and not due to screwing over the company and its shareholders. | loverat
18/6/2013 15:29 | Beginner - JF is normally (naye, always!) very chirpy and upbeat. I assume there was nothing in the response that indicated any positivity - just a statemnt as to them working on the trading update. I have to say - the drop in share price today notionaly of 22% in company valuation was brought about (pending any late trades reported) by a sale of £30.00. Astonishing really. DL | davidlloyd
18/6/2013 14:18 | I had emailed John French enquiring about any trading update, I received an email informing that they are working on one, i suppose just have to wait what it is all about... | beginner3
18/6/2013 13:13 | I suppose the results have to be published by the end of June. I think it is usually 6 months after the last day of the period. Leaving it late I see and the lack of news has decimated the share price. If we are to go by their last statement then the expectation was that H2 was improving and the introducing of contracts was going to keep them busy through that and into this year. So, any deviation from that expectation would have been reported to the market. The PR from this company seems absolutely hopeless though. I really don't know why some of these companies bother listing. | loverat
14/6/2013 15:29 | I don't know when they have to publish results by. Just basing it on the fact they were released in May last year. We even had a trading update in April 2012. The silence since August is deafening and quite worrying! | gubinz
13/6/2013 18:42 | Gubinz Do you know when the results have to be published by? This is about the longest period without news I have ever come across on this market. Who the hell is running this company? | loverat
13/6/2013 07:42 | I am now seriously concerned about the lack of news here. 10 months since the last RNS, results way overdue. What the hell is going on? I did email the company a couple of weeks ago asking when results are expected - no reply from them. Is everyone else invested here a bit worried too? | gubinz
30/5/2013 10:01 | I bloody well hope so, been here almost 4 years, i even forgot i had them!! | beginner3
30/5/2013 09:59 | Well this was the statement from the last results. Going on this basis, without anything to say otherwise, one would expect the revenues from the contract gains to be feeding through to deliver an improved performance. We are confident with our existing pipeline and recent contract gains in the second half will see a significant improvement giving a strong and solid platform going forward." | loverat
30/5/2013 09:55 | up to 2.5m to sell, MM gives 0.21p, must be some good news??? | beginner3
30/5/2013 09:13 | Have purchased another 250k this am ,hopefully update will bo ok,plus you can now buy shares at half price compared to last fundraising. It's only 250k £640. | partner
30/5/2013 09:05 | Well, the ludicrous headline spread has not put some off. Much tighter in reality. Another early buy. | loverat
30/5/2013 08:46 | stock appears fairly tight today, given bid dropped yesterday on all buys.Today you can sell size well above bid,mm games no doubt. | partner
29/5/2013 14:13 | I would not have thought that a drop on the bid is based on any knowledge they are going under. It is surprising there is no news though. I would guess a positive is that if they were not trading in line they would have said so - but if they were signing new contracts and growing they would say also. | loverat
29/5/2013 14:05 | why the big drop today... is this about to go under as there has been no news last several months?? | sirraman
29/5/2013 13:57 | Yep, your probably right....offer moved up also. Wishful thinking that they actually wanted shares. | leeming
29/5/2013 13:46 | Looks like they simply want to choke off any trading. | loverat
29/5/2013 13:30 | All buys yet they drop the bid....interesting. | leeming |
