BofA Merrill on insurers: "Annuity market isn't dead but we allow for a 50-70% fall". Cuts Resolution to "underperform". Buy AV. and LGEN

There are fewer and fewer decent income plays in the FTSE anymore, so I think that RSL has good prospects from the dividend hunters (private and institutional).

FCA has created a considerable amount of uncertainty, market needs a clearer picture of the scope of their investigations and intentions,consequently it will take time for confidence to be restored.I would not be surprised to see the Life Assurance sector more volatile and sensitive providing more trading opportunities.Apparently the Treasury are none too pleased with FCA bungling and it will be under pressure from a number of sources.

Done eff all for the price tho'! Reckon the scumbags are selling out early despite the divi. Reckon a quick short to rattle confidence again.
