To be honest, these buys are bothering me. The bid/offer price has not changed despite the perception of higher demand from the last two days of trading.

However, RNOW are well placed for growth as companies should invest more in market research and marketing activities in general when there is a downturn - See FT on Monday Whats more, RNOW offer a great product at a great price.

They are taking market share from their competitors and expanding the market for market research by making research more affordable to a wider business audience

I would have thought that it would have been more efficient for them (and less dilutive for us shareholders) to pay the full consideration in cash in view of the share price having dropped below the earlier placing price. Presumably means that they need the cash from the earlier placing to shore up their balance sheet, and in current market conditions can't risk having to go back to the institutions to raise more cash.

All RNOW's reading divsions are performing well as stated in last month's rns...wouldn't surprise me if either a big insitutional shareholder adds to their stake or directors pick up a bargain here..all imo, dyor etc:-))

appointed Phil Rance as UK Commercial Director. Phil is the second new senior
hire this year for the online panel company, who announced last week the
appointment of Peter Blansjaar as Asia Pacific Operations Director. Phil will take
overall responsibility for client development at Research Now UK, reporting to
Andrew Cooper, Group Managing Director.
Phil brings an extensive range of business experience from the financial services,
insurance and consultancy sectors, with a career spanning positions at the
Automobile Association (AA) as Director of Sales and Partnerships and Regional
Director for Bradford and Bingley's retail business. Phil has also worked in strategy
consultancy.
