However, RNOW are well placed for growth as companies should invest more in market research and marketing activities in general when there is a downturn - See FT on Monday Whats more, RNOW offer a great product at a great price. They are taking market share from their competitors and expanding the market for market research by making research more affordable to a wider business audience | opportunity | |

14/2/2008 07:40 | I would have thought that it would have been more efficient for them (and less dilutive for us shareholders) to pay the full consideration in cash in view of the share price having dropped below the earlier placing price. Presumably means that they need the cash from the earlier placing to shore up their balance sheet, and in current market conditions can't risk having to go back to the institutions to raise more cash. | darcon | |
