The shares are being delisted today. The scheme of arrangement went through and proceeds should be paid by 21st December.
unusual to get suspended in what should be a routine process?
What's "occuring"
There seems to be quite a lot of institutional take up here. Blackrock just increased again. BTW that Growth Co rec was a take profits and hold for the upside not a reduce!! Results not due for a while but there could be an interim or other stat.
Reduce recommendation from Growth Company Investor
Not many companies out there at the moment that can truthfully say they are growing, in a growing market, increasing their net cash and debt-free.

anyone still in this - nice rise after statement today.
lonely here
Yup - I've just got back in to them - in anticipation of latest trading update (end of April presumably)... wonder if if the good news is priced in, given AGM statement? Think they will over deliver tho...
Is there anybody still out there?
"The consensus estimate for 2009 (courtesy of Canaccord Adams, Teathers and Investec) are revenues of approximately £52.3 million and profit before tax of £8.8 million, rising to £63.3 million and £10.6 million respectively in 2010. If Research Now can hit those targets, today's valuation will look light."
"Thursday, February 05, 2009 Research Now is still motoring Last week I added another company to the made me excited list. That company was Research Now"
dosser2 - 25 Jan'09 - 00:07 - 457 of 457 Is there anybody out there? =============================================== Yes! I've recently bought back into RNOW (also bought a bit of YouGov) as long term investments. IMO they both have good growth prospects through the recession.
Is there anybody out there?
The good news just keeps on coming. It seems they are putting all the pieces in place to create a leading global online market research company! If the share price doesn't rise then I am sure some media players or private equity players will become interested in picking up a bargain LAUNCH OF ASIAN OPERATIONS Chinese JV and New Asian Panels The Board of Research Now plc ("Research Now" or the "Group"), a leading global online fieldwork provider to the market research industry, is pleased to announce the launch of its Asian operations. Well, as predicted by commentators on this board RNOW has brought news of a significant B to B initiative with the signing of the agreement with Reed. This is potentially company transforming as new sources of revenue are opened. Someone picked-up approx £700k worth of shares yesterday so despite all the doom and gloom with the banks and commodities this is one little growth stock that at least one large investor believes shows promise.
