Results of General Meeting

The Board of Rensburg Aim VCT plc ("the Company") is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its General Meeting held on 27 November 2015 were duly passed on a show of hands.

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 9.6.2 copies of the resolutions passed at the General Meeting will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do. The full text of each of the resolutions is set out in the notice of General Meeting, which is available on the Company's website www.rensburgaimvct.co.uk, and a copy of the proxy voting results for the General Meeting will be posted there shortly.
