REH is NOT one of those applications. It is a separate one and will not be determined for some time yet. Read the RNSs that REH put out and you will know. It is also dependent on National Grid providing a link, which is also uncertain and if created won't be till around 2018. Again DYOR.

Interesting! I think there is a bit of spin going on as the Inspectorate are completely independent. The minister will sign any decision off but not decide unless the law changes. What has probably happened is that as parliament is suspended pending the election there is no minister to sign it off (for or against) so the decision is made but in limbo.

Are we sure REH application is one of these mid-Wales apps?
