A quick look on Weworks site for that building and rent per month is just over £1k a month for private offices.

BTW i noticed their rent has gone up 50% to £100k this year.

From the report and accounts - good old Admin charges at an eye watering level :-)

administrative costs were broadly flat for the year at GBP652,918 (2018: GBP640,664).

Soon be heading lower and clear for all to see.

Regency Mines PLC (LON:RGM) has reported a full-year loss of £2.7mln after its legacy interests in coal and electric car rentals were written-off in the period.

Impairments of £1.5mln in the year to June largely comprised its investment in Mining Equity Trust (2018: £1.55mln loss).

The issuance of such a high level of stock is to the detriment of pre-existing shareholders. Puzzling price movement to have risen but ours is not to reason with the whims of the market. Comparing the two entities the value remains with Red Rock.

Personally I think a new name is a great idea and if they can pull off what is starting to look like their biggest (by far) ever placing to date in the new year and comply to the loans convernant criteria then that only leaves one question mark and that is have they got the necessary skills to develop such a project or are they only good at raising money via share issues?
