19/12/2019 13:09 | This is huge news about stuff! | kemche
19/12/2019 12:07 | How about, 'dead duck mines' | mikemichael2
19/12/2019 11:54 | "Bright Sparks" or "The Generation Game" sound good to me. A £10M valuation sounds entirely possible given i would imagine the bank lending the money (£30M) would require a min. of 25% of "Bright Sparks" own money to be put down, taking "BS" value to just over £10M. And thats probably the reason why consolidation is planned this time around at 100-1 as apposed to 20 - 1 last time around .Before you know it of course Bright Sparks will exceed 1 billion shares in circulation , returning itself back to familiar territory. | cheerleader miss jones
19/12/2019 11:39 | Will there be a competition for a new name and i guess a change to try and distance itself from a decade of absolute failure? | seagullsslimjim
19/12/2019 11:02 | Bashers working overdrive to try and quell the demand for this new company - soon to have a name change. This will be a £10m+ company before you can blink - those buying now will see multi-bag gains in due course. Post consolidation only 90m shares in issue with £850k in cash with a tiny market cap of circa £3m with revenues just around the corner. | the_debt_collector
19/12/2019 10:50 | Taken from today RNS : Further share issues being made in the event of AES securing approximately £30m of funds for the Southport Energy Centre at the special project vehicle ("SPV") level, and Regency trading at a market capitalisation of at least £10 million for five consecutive trading days. So it looks like the plan is to secure a £30M loan with RGM putting some of their own money into the project too via a further share issue . In 2 years time all new homes will need to be carbon free and heated without using gas , yet RGM are moving in the other direction . | cheerleader miss jones
19/12/2019 10:33 | Eitherway I look at it this has been one of my worse investments and I'm not going to make any money in this company!!!! | haff1
19/12/2019 08:39 | The Great Unkwn is back from sulking or has he been retrained by his Masters? Best order some more Pringles, this could be fun :-) | seagullsslimjim
18/12/2019 19:52 | Sounds like it has been written by someone who has lost a fortune. Never the less BMD is often in the know. Regardless of all these facts and games played at a cooperate level the thing is once you understand them if your not greedy they can play there games you just ride off the back of it if your open minded enough to do. Such is life some do some don't and many won't. Or however you can become a troll and bitter and fight for justice till the day you die and you'll be long dead before it ever comes. Wake up a bit some people? | unkwn
17/12/2019 13:19 | No doubt KnWn (Unfiltered!) and the good Dr leave some of the shares for others. Greedy so and so's. They're scooping them all up! | kemche
13/12/2019 12:52 | Either way nothing changes. The company is proposing to flood the market with 7 billion shares issued at the hugely discounted price of 0.0275p This will surely annihilate the holdings of anyone buying now at 0.03p to 0.04p levels and of course longer term holders who paid much more. It is dilution on an industrial scale and the only people who support such monstrous actions are those participating in the placings or those affiliated to the company such as paid brokers and the like. DYOR | torp
13/12/2019 12:47 | lol Leewink, a token £30k gesture from a bank . . . . wow big time ! Or is it simply a gesture to ensure that the proposed GM vote goes through?? From LSE: "Mike Staten seems to be a business partner of Andrew Dennan. They are partners in Baron Lux LLP and they were also together in Astin capital LLP. Andrew Dennan works with James Parsons at Coro Energy. Mike Staten seems to invest in James Parson companies. I believe Dennan is at NUOG and Staten had a TR1 there last month. So I would suspect that he's just accumulated some RGM shares to help the resolutions go through at RGMs forthcoming GM." . | torp
13/12/2019 00:17 | Well, there goes 1.6 billion of them .... Nice RNS in case you missed it .... | leewink1
12/12/2019 16:44 | Some are imho obviously affiliated to NOMADS and brokers. Just look at their posting histories to see that all the shares they post on have the same nomad/broker. Same old. Nothing changes, the facts remain the same regardless, which are in the RNS: "Following the Transaction, the Company will have 8,687,335,144 Ordinary Shares in issue" So bllions of shares to be issued at the bargain bucket price of 0.0275p Anyone buying shares today is surely going to be sitting on huge losses when the confetti starts being issued imho. Each to their own of course and DYOR. . | torp
12/12/2019 16:24 | Just look at the cast of characters involved in this POS - from the BOD, to the esteemed Dr, to KnWn-BC, and now leew*nk - and ask yourself "do you want to get involved?" Well,do you punk? | kemche
12/12/2019 15:35 | Still won't answer me .... | leewink1
12/12/2019 15:21 | All of which is just a distraction to the reality of what the company has just announced via RNS, which is mass share issue on an incredible scale. 1.5 billion shares currently in issue. Over 8 billion expected to be in issue when everything is done. From RNS: "Following the Transaction, the Company will have 8,687,335,144 Ordinary Shares in issue" Billions of shares to be issued at the bargain bucket price of 0.0275p I for one won't be paying upwards of that price for shares here. I'd consider myself stupid to do so as I would just be giving placees a free and easy profit at my expense. DYOR | torp
12/12/2019 15:18 | Comments from LSE Stephen Pearce - large 16% RGM investor "But I don't agree with forward selling, and would happily see those doing it burned" "I do think it's forward selling, and don't agree with those that do it" "Only a broker of a placee could forward sell. Basically sell on a T20 delayed settlement, under the assumption the stock to replace it is received after the GM." "Don't confuse my approval of changes at RGM, with that of obvious forward selling by some nefarious types." Trust you'll now be off to chase Stephen given he is ACTUALLY saying he thinks it is forward selling whereas I have simply highlighted that such discussion is going on there. Cheers | torp
12/12/2019 15:14 | But you bought it here to illustrate that ? Not being enough that talk was elsewhere, you bought it here to highlight a possible major share crash ? That is unfounded, with no proof, you won't even report it, so the FACT still remains doesn't it. | leewink1
12/12/2019 15:12 | Your points are laughable leewink I stated clearly that people were talking about forward selling on LSE That is fact | torp
12/12/2019 15:04 | Why did you post accusations of illegality or suggesting that, don't back track to what do I think they're worth, that's obvious, my questions are simple. Equally, if people were worried over the share issue, they are fully aware now, but yet, the price is pretty stable ? Why is your duty to post what could be construed as illegal invention to crash the share price , using what could be easily construed as illegalities within or by the company ? Why haven't you answered the simple, even this one of parts, of you reporting the belief they are doing something illegal, even if they're not, just a notification of suspicion ? I still await they're responses, and of course yours. | leewink1
12/12/2019 14:57 | No the info is in the RNS so factual, here it is again: "The Transaction Shares as a whole would, if the required resolutions are approved at the GM, result in the issuance of 7,170,440,985 Ordinary Shares, representing, in aggregate, 82.54% of the newly enlarged share capital of the Company. " 7 billion shares at 0.0275p What do you think the shares are worth as a result? | torp
12/12/2019 14:51 | Tell me Torp, are you spreading false information to drop the share price ? | leewink1 |
