"Bright Sparks" or "The Generation Game" sound good to me.

A £10M valuation sounds entirely possible given i would imagine the bank lending the money (£30M) would require a min. of 25% of "Bright Sparks" own money to be put down,taking "BS" value to just over £10M.

And thats probably the reason why consolidation is planned this time around at 100-1 as apposed to 20 - 1 last time around .Before you know it of course Bright Sparks will exceed 1 billion shares in circulation , returning itself back to familiar territory.

Bashers working overdrive to try and quell the demand for this new company - soon to have a name change.

This will be a £10m+ company before you can blink - those buying now will see multi-bag gains in due course.

Post consolidation only 90m shares in issue with £850k in cash with a tiny market cap of circa £3m with revenues just around the corner.

Taken from today RNS :

Further share issues being made in the event of AES securing approximately £30m of funds for the Southport Energy Centre at the special project vehicle ("SPV") level, and Regency trading at a market capitalisation of at least £10 million for five consecutive trading days.


So it looks like the plan is to secure a £30M loan with RGM putting some of their own money into the project too via a further share issue .

In 2 years time all new homes will need to be carbon free and heated without using gas , yet RGM are moving in the other direction .

Sounds like it has been written by someone who has lost a fortune.

Never the less BMD is often in the know.

Regardless of all these facts and games played at a cooperate level the thing is once you understand them if your not greedy they can play there games you just ride off the back of it if your open minded enough to do.

Such is life some do some don't and many won't.

Or however you can become a troll and bitter and fight for justice till the day you die and you'll be long dead before it ever comes.

Either way nothing changes.

The company is proposing to flood the market with 7 billion shares issued at the
hugely discounted price of 0.0275p

This will surely annihilate the holdings of anyone buying now at 0.03p to 0.04p levels
and of course longer term holders who paid much more.

It is dilution on an industrial scale and the only people who support such
monstrous actions are those participating in the placings or those affiliated
to the company such as paid brokers and the like.

Andrew Dennan works with James Parsons at Coro Energy.

Mike Staten seems to invest in James Parson companies. I believe Dennan is at NUOG and Staten had a TR1 there last month.

So I would suspect that he's just accumulated some RGM shares to help the resolutions go through at RGMs forthcoming GM."

Some are imho obviously affiliated to NOMADS and brokers. Just look at their
posting histories to see that all the shares they post on have the same
nomad/broker.

Nothing changes, the facts remain the same regardless, which are in the RNS:

So bllions of shares to be issued at the bargain bucket price of
0.0275p

Anyone buying shares today is surely going to be sitting on huge losses when the
confetti starts being issued imho. Each to their own of course and DYOR.

All of which is just a distraction to the reality of what the company has just
announced via RNS, which is mass share issue on an incredible scale.

1.5 billion shares currently in issue.

Over 8 billion expected to be in issue when everything is done.

From RNS:

Billions of shares to be issued at the bargain bucket price of
0.0275p

I for one won't be paying upwards of that price for shares here. I'd consider myself stupid
to do so as I would just be giving placees a free and easy profit at my expense.

Why did you post accusations of illegality or suggesting that, don't back track to what do I think they're worth, that's obvious, my questions are simple.

Equally, if people were worried over the share issue, they are fully aware now, but yet, the price is pretty stable ? Why is your duty to post what could be construed as illegal invention to crash the share price , using what could be easily construed as illegalities within or by the company ?

Why haven't you answered the simple, even this one of parts, of you reporting the belief they are doing something illegal, even if they're not, just a notification of suspicion ? I still await they're responses, and of course yours.
