JP Jenkins BUT...................RGT LTD shares.


I've had a look and all it looks to me is the initial listing page with .75p being used as the Mid-price. It counts for nothing. Only the price at which two people are prepared to do business will give the clue but again, this counts for very little in the long run. Ultimately, for people such as ourselves, our rewards will only be properly determined by business success i.e once we have some accounts showing significant revenues/earnings, even dividends, and enough reason to believe from distribution deals that we're on a solid growth curve, then we will have a price/earnings ratio to guide us towards "fair value" for our shareholdings.

Halifax have now updated their system:

"We can confirm that the New ReGen Therapeutics Limited shares have been credited to your account and your Existing ReGen Therapeutics shares have been renamed accordingly.

The ReGen Therapeutics Limited Ordinary shares are not listed on any stock exchange, nor is there any trading facility for the ReGen Therapeutics Limited Ordinary shares. However, shareholders are able to trade their shares via the JP Jenkins share matching facility for companies. Should you wish to find more information about the matched bargain settlement facility, please contact JP Jenkins directly on 020 7562 3388 or by emailing [e-mail].

Regrettably we are unable to facilitate trades using the matched bargain facility. As a result of which should you wish to use the matched bargain facility you will be required to withdraw or transfer your New ReGen Therapeutics Limited shares from our nominee service.

Should you wish to withdraw your shares, please contact our call centre so that we can arrange for this to be done. If you wish to transfer your shares you will need to establish an arrangement with an alternative broker. Should you wish to do this, please contact our call centre with the details of your chosen alternative broker and we will facilitate the transfer of your shares to them. Please be aware that you will need to have contacted your chosen broker in order to complete their necessary transfer process prior to contacting our call centre. Please note that in both cases, normal charges will apply.

Please note that shareholders will also be entitled to receive 1 New warrant for every 10 Existing ReGen Therapeutics Ordinary shares held on 18th February 2011. The New warrants are expected to be credited to accounts on or after 8th March 2011. My Halifax account also shows only ADI shares. I presume that is because the NewCo shares aren't eligible so you should recieve share certs which are to be posted on 8th March.

I would say its a calculated risk rather than a gamble, but dont put your house on it. :)

I have a really good one coming up, so save some money for that Alby.
