RPT sells all gas to FXPO (Ferrexpo. I wish they would buy the company too to get us long-termer out of our misery but at more than 38p. Quiet on Fracking results.

Are you seriously suggesting that the US will place sanctions on a UK listed company on the basis it has shareholder with a 54% holding, barely a majority?

RPT produces & sells all it's gas & condensate within the Ukraine, how exactly would they impose sanctions even if it were going to happen?

After December blood, US state department threaten sanctions against Akhmetov, Novinsky, Klyuev brothers for supporting a bloody regime.

Alongside Metinvest, Regal petroleum would be an obvious target and for once I applaud the americans.

My Russians not great but this latest note from Eavex is forecasting 2,800 boed in 2014.
If that's the forecast then it must be assuming a pretty successful fraccing considering current production is around 1,250 boepd & we only have one new to potentially come online next year.
550 boepd new well, 1,000 boepd fracced well/s?

I don't have time to go back and check the history so I will have to take your word for it. However you never know, the TOP may uncover something. Irrespective of all this though it shows that there is still major (albeit crooked!) interest in this company and if they sort out their problems naturally all shareholders will benefit.

Does this mean that the Takeover Panel will investigate and potentially ask Pinchuk & Co to rectify any finacial injustice suffered by other shareholders at the time of the takeover activity? In my experience this has happened before; interesting times ahead!

Well that finally explains the whole Curzon stake, it's a good job that Energees won the 'bidding war' (lol) otherwise Pinchuk would likely have got more than 75% of RPT & delisting would have become a real possibility.
