obviously not £200 that it was a while back, this share is agitating, annoying, because it needs to be back on the market to get its name known and get more investment to help it to continue to grow. Those who gained from taking it from the market are quite happy to swallow up the shares of the few at ridiculously amounts, while some need in excess of £500 just to break even.

Hi All ,
I personally think it was an excellent up date by the board and am quite surprised at the lack of posts on the subject .
The board don't seem to be able to win .
Shareholders complain of not been informed of significant events , so the board issue a statement . But the response seems to suggest no one cares anyways .

well i for one would like to thank the board and employees for all their hard work in turning the company around. Long may it continue .

Highlights

24 hour working for the foreseeable future
Additional staff taken on to cope ..
Increase in turnover and company profits
Additional capacity still required to meet demand hence investment programme.
Investment in excess of £500 k . ( Most i presume will come from cash already held )
Whisper campaign still continuing , board asks shareholders with concerns to approach company itself .

One has to remember this is only one contract win , if this is followed by others in the future it will certainly change the prospects of the company .
We have no debt and are cash positive . So role on an increase in divi payments .

I have got the message opened 10 minutes ago.

There was a printer down our road whose business was going great guns. Order after order. Trouble is they were all from Vauxhalls at Luton and he ended up bust.

I am sure that our board know what they are doing.

Hello Everyone

2014 i believe will be a turning point for our company .
As a regular contributor to other threads i have decided to create one of my own
.With a couple of simple objectives .

For shareholders to assist the company with ideas and leads for potential sales of its products and uses for its services.
For shareholders to have a voice in the future direction of the company and and its shares . Working with the company towards common goals.
For the company to assist shareholders through the open forum to help achieve both group and individual shareholder goals and concerns.

Please treat the board with respect .
We are all here to achieve the same objectives.

INTERIM DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT
by Martin Cope - last modified Nov 11, 2013 11:47 AM
Reflec PLC announce payment of an interim dividend for the year ending 28 February 2014 (via www.reflec.co.uk and by email to shareholders registered with the website news service)

Dear Shareholder,

We are pleased to inform you that Reflec PLC will be making an interim dividend payment of £3.50 per Ordinary Share £50.00.

The Record Date will be the 22nd November 2013.

Cheque payments will be posted to holders of Reflec Ordinary Share £50.00 around the 6th December 2013. For those shareholders whose preference was to receive their payment by direct bank transfer, these payments will be in bank accounts on 9th December 2013.

Payments will also be made to qualifying Nominee Account Providers and it will be their responsibility to distribute corresponding dividend payments to their clients as appropriate.

May your board take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support.

It appears that you have to have a Reflec PLC login account to access the "Share Trading" page on their website, at least the last two times I have looked I had to type in my username and password to access the page. Is this really necessary for that page? Surely there should be universal (non password protected) access for any interested party. JP Jenkins is fully accessible. The greater audience the better?

Another three for sale added recently at £200.

Only 6 shares bought to date and no takers (yet) for the 50 "wanted" at £185.
