16/6/2013 18:29 | Time they put the past to rest and moved on. Nothing can be gained by stupidity. | johndee
16/6/2013 09:41 | Man 1 Totally agree with you, one side needs to take action to get this issue dead & buried one way or the other, so as a company Reflec can move forward without the flak it is currently getting | philmac56
16/6/2013 09:12 | That would have been me phil . Im not taking sides just stating if the shareholders think they have a gripe then get it dealt with so that we can all move forward once and for all. If the board feel that shareholders dont have a gripe and are being malicious and detrimental to the company and its future , then let the board sue them and get it sorted once and for all . | man1
16/6/2013 07:50 | Man 1 For me...certainly i would love to see An increase in the Share price ? Yes, please An increase in divi payments ? Again, yes please, The trouble we have is that the "plonkers inc" are draining/diverting funds and time elasewhere, when, WE ALL could be benefiting. I'm not sure who posted the suggestion, that either Reflec sue the plonkers or vis versa.... whichever way money WILL be wasted...catch 22!!!!!!!!!!!! | philmac56
13/6/2013 21:34 | I wondered if you were still there !!! Very envious ..... So have you any suggestions on how this company shid go forward .. Im curious ... What do other shareholders want .. An increase in the Share price ? An increase in divi payments ? Something else ? | man1
13/6/2013 15:41 | Hi FFT , how you keeping. Yiou still enjoying the high life .. You will find that Reflective Technologies ltd was the name of the joint venture company .When this was wound up as per the boards statement JH took the company over being the major shareholder. Its basically a shell . | man1
13/6/2013 06:32 | fft Nice find. If all the shareholders were to pot 1p, we could have our own report about JH..... and yes i agree very similar name...very misleading that could be...sly of dog!!! EDIT I WAS JOKING ABOUT THE 1p LOL | philmac56
12/6/2013 21:46 | hxxp://companycheck. if you look under current appointments, interesting to see JH formed a company that sounds very similar to Reflec ! "Reflective Technologies Limited is an Active business incorporated in England & Wales on 1st June 2010. Their business activity is recorded as Manufacture Of Other Wearing Apparel And Accessories N.e.c.. Reflective Technologies Limited is run by 1 current members. 1 shareholders own the total shares within the company. It is not part of a group. The latest Annual Accounts submitted to Companies House for the year up to 31/05/2012 reported 'cash at bank' of £100, 'liabilities' worth £0, 'net worth' of £-57,353 and 'assets' worth £100. Reflective Technologies Limited's risk score was amended on 05/06/2013." | fft
12/6/2013 20:53 | Comments from all noted...thanks'. Question is...how are long term holders ever going to be able to recoup thousands of £'s of losses if no trades take place, no market trading means stagnated price, and then small dividends twice a year. Would take me 30+ years at the current rate to break even philnac still in TCG and rites taken up | 4screws
12/6/2013 20:42 | thanks phil yes i had around 100.000 shares at the time of the 1:50 consolidation with an average price of about 8p | mickrick
12/6/2013 17:13 | mick - 1:50 consolidation on 27/4/2006 1:1000 consolidation on 2/8/2010 So your current 2 shares started life as at least 100,000 (or more) back in 2000'ish if that's any help! Just found my contract note for my first REF purchase, also in the heady days of March 2000! 2500 @ 27p a pop (£675 worth!!) | philmiboots
12/6/2013 10:03 | phil-found it. i now have a certificate for just 2 shares,(cant remember how it came to that,i seem to remember that i had thousands around the year 2000) | mickrick
12/6/2013 10:01 | Hi philmiboots. The headers are alot better cheers . Im interested in your take on things .Its a pity you never got to the Agm . | man1
11/6/2013 19:42 | mickrick - was in the process of a header update anyway - you spurred me into action!! ..er...see the black Reflecmedia logo at the top right of the thread, the skip header button is above that (and below the "tweet" button). Just noticed you are not a "premium" user, maybe that makes a difference to what you can see? BTW - How many REF shares have you got left currently?! | philmiboots
11/6/2013 13:41 | mickrick - er...try clicking the "skip header" button at the top, under "tweet"! ;o) How long have you been lurking for then? | philmiboots
11/6/2013 09:36 | phlmiboots, any chance of reducing the graphs etc in the header to make for easier reading(no scrolling)thanks. back to lurking | mickrick
11/6/2013 08:35 | Hi 4screws, To re list is always an option , though i think the 100k plus yearly costs would put the board off . On top of that current market conditions maybe to our detriment . There are many companies out there valued at a huge discount to valuations . I want the board / shareholders to come up ways of spending our money on enhancing shareholder value . | man1
09/6/2013 20:29 | 4 screws.. you ok?? possibly if they did as you suggest, the plonkers would not sell up/out. i see your still in with TCG, i've taken up all my rights. Now i await the next leg up, may even get shot of my REF, then, and use the loss to offset my gain in TCG take care phil | philmac56
09/6/2013 17:58 | why not list back on the stock exchange and buy out the 7% of the company that a certain person owns, then shut them all up. | 4screws
08/6/2013 11:39 | Hi All Shareholders & plonkers. I had a mailing this morning from computershare sent to all S holders. An additional cost caused by the plonkers......when is it going to stop!!!!!!! edit have a read and then comment | philmac56 |
