31/3/2013 19:54 | Another recent ChromaFlex YouTube video from Dallas Texas....... | philmiboots
30/3/2013 08:03 | philmeboots I'm confused.... were/are you a current holder of REFLEC, or did you lose out on the consolidation?????? In your post of 1143, and i quote....I am happy to confirm that I was not a member of the "45" but am now a member of the 97. | philmac56
29/3/2013 22:51 | He's very persuasive isn't he Philmiboots. Were you in touch with him around the time Tim was being touted by him as the best thing since sliced bread. In fact Tim was the best thing since sliced bread until after an AGM I attended where much was spoken about a tie up between Reflec and Bigglo. That tie up hasn't happened. Hmm. In other news Picturehappy has spoken. Boy I feel sorry for poor Howard. I've met him and he seemed a nice guy - now his phone number is splattered on the internet. You say on here that Paul Holdcroft is lying. Yet you provide no proof. Until you do that you still have zero credibility. You say that the actions of the 97 will benefit all shareholders. Yet you provide no proof. Until you do that you still have zero credibility. To be honest, I;m not on either side here - but you do yourself no favours by not posting (on here) any facts - just unsubstantiated accusations. | upthepool
29/3/2013 19:42 | philmac 56 what the hell is going on here. I have not sought or been offered legal advice either...it seems to me some sculduggery seeems to be a foot. | 4screws
29/3/2013 18:14 | UTP - "Are you one of the 45 please?" TBH was not sure what you meant..... However, this afternoon I managed to track down John Heaton, who is currently marooned by snow (!), and had a long and interesting chat with him. I am happy to confirm that I was not a member of the "45" but am now a member of the 97. | philmiboots
29/3/2013 17:51 | Picturehappy You refer to .....If the evidence comes before the judicial system and it found in our favour the shares in the EBT would be redeemed thus increasing our equitable position. Evidence.... Was the meeting in the car park recorded? Was the suggested letter writing recorded?? One man's word against another????? I only see cost again for ALL shareholders .. | philmac56
29/3/2013 16:58 | Hi, I have been stalking this Bulletin Board for over six years using a friends login. I feel the time is right for me to register my own login. I own 2 Reflec shares and this is my maiden post. The situation we find ourselves in is quite intriguing and at the end of the day the truth always wins the day. As far as I can see someone here is lying. The question is, who? Cheers, Angus | angusleason
29/3/2013 16:08 | picturehappy in your post 1138 you quote....Shareholder I have not taken legal advice, nor has anyone asked or offered me legal adice re REFLEC. So are you suggesting that the 45 shareholders have taken advice?????? Whoever they are????? And the following quote from your post 1138 will probaby cost me and other shareholders money, and wasted time, as i would assume legal advice will be taken....Holdcroft lied to Howard Pearson and John Heaton, he gave assurances that if H.P. and J.H. did what Holdcroft requested the remaining shareholders would benefit from the consolidation proportionately. Some one or few have certainly got a hidden agenda here | philmac56
29/3/2013 09:05 | philmiboots; Are you one of the 45 please? Recent posts by you (blindly reproducing incorrect pie charts, resurrecting historical posts so that the mouthpiece can start off again) would suggest you are. Only ask as it is good to know the underlying motives of people. | upthepool
29/3/2013 07:47 | up what the point, they wil only stir the water again, the ripples will then lead us to an added cost for solicitors via the company... They certainly have a chip on their shoulders!!!! ave a good easter, roll on the final report, with an added divi hopefully | philmac56
28/3/2013 20:03 | So Nick You're all over it when talking about the past - but you stay as silent as a lamb on the very pertinent questions asked of you and your pals in February. Care to clear that up? Or would it not suit your agenda? | upthepool
28/3/2013 17:11 | philmeeeeeeboots. I don't understand why you have reserected these posts!!!!!!!! can you explain why!!!!! possibly to stir up a hornets nest again!!!!!! | philmac56

22/3/2013 16:27 | As part of the review of the Reflecmedia business, the board are pleased to announce that we have appointed Appleworld Distribution as its specialised distributor for the photographic, film TV and broadcast sectors in the UK. The reasons for taking this significant decision is that Appleworld are already very established in these market places and their Rotolight lighting system is complementary to the Reflecmedia Chromakey systems. Together the products will offer the user a unique package which should enhance sales for both companies. The board are also pleased to announce that master photographer Tom Lee, has been retained by the company to assist in promoting and demonstrating the Chromakey products.
