He's very persuasive isn't he Philmiboots. Were you in touch with him around the time Tim was being touted by him as the best thing since sliced bread.

In fact Tim was the best thing since sliced bread until after an AGM I attended where much was spoken about a tie up between Reflec and Bigglo. That tie up hasn't happened. Hmm.

In other news Picturehappy has spoken. Boy I feel sorry for poor Howard. I've met him and he seemed a nice guy - now his phone number is splattered on the internet.

You say on here that Paul Holdcroft is lying. Yet you provide no proof. Until you do that you still have zero credibility.

You say that the actions of the 97 will benefit all shareholders. Yet you provide no proof. Until you do that you still have zero credibility.

To be honest, I;m not on either side here - but you do yourself no favours by not posting (on here) any facts - just unsubstantiated accusations.

However, this afternoon I managed to track down John Heaton, who is currently marooned by snow (!), and had a long and interesting chat with him.

I am happy to confirm that I was not a member of the "45" but am now a member of the 97.

You refer to .....If the evidence comes before the judicial system and it found in our favour the shares in the EBT would be redeemed thus increasing our equitable position.

Evidence....
Was the meeting in the car park recorded?
Was the suggested letter writing recorded??
One man's word against another?????

I only see cost again for ALL shareholders

Hi,

I have been stalking this Bulletin Board for over six years using a friends login. I feel the time is right for me to register my own login. I own 2 Reflec shares and this is my maiden post.

The situation we find ourselves in is quite intriguing and at the end of the day the truth always wins the day. As far as I can see someone here is lying. The question is, who?

I have not taken legal advice, nor has anyone asked or offered me legal adice re REFLEC.

So are you suggesting that the 45 shareholders have taken advice??????
Whoever they are?????

And the following quote from your post 1138 will probaby cost me and other shareholders money, and wasted time, as i would assume legal advice will be taken....Holdcroft lied to Howard Pearson and John Heaton, he gave assurances that if H.P. and J.H. did what Holdcroft requested the remaining shareholders would benefit from the consolidation proportionately.

Some one or few have certainly got a hidden agenda here

Only ask as it is good to know the underlying motives of people.
