This is an important acquisition and an enabler for the REDS biz model. I spend a lot of time advising in the in-building wireless space (IBW) and there are some pretty major developments (e.g. RAN and VRAN) just around the corner that require a cloud platform (which this acquisition is about) to really drive this IBW technology and in turn deliver all sorts of IoT/IIoT/and 5G products and functionality now available or in the very proximate product pipeline.

. Commensus balance sheet at the end of last year looks ok, doesn't seem to be anything amiss. DYOR .
I agree with Owenski that at x7 EBITDA this looks a solid deal and another jigsaw piece being put in place by MB.
Look forward to further contract news and a trading statement early next year.
This is a slow burner and those with patience will hopefully be rewarded greatly.

Paying less than its annual revenues and @ x7 EBITDA

Earnings enhancing expected in first year, no dilution.

Cant criticise that.

I had only thought this will give rise to new shares being created so dilutive ultimately ? I might be wrong,,,, but if the shares are 15p in 3 yrs I won't care.

Agree and posted as much on LSE, which did not go down well with some posters. Guess I am more cynical about AIM than they are.

Does this take the corresponding amount of shares out of circulation or do they have to be bought by the company in treasury.?

If it takes them out of circulation then even better IMHO.

bit coincidental the share option scheme (exercise price fix) kicks in low when the seller appears to have been cleared ?! AIM.

A company made a profit, money in bank, new contracts and contract renewals. I cannot believe the s p took a downturn since last RNS. AIM is wrong.

chart trying to turn ; confident that last print of 1 million shares was a buy from during the day, probably helped the price.......has our seller gone i wonder also ; some form of positive news would be good about now

If it was an American presence/cooperation that would great.

It has all gone quiet regarding the office in the Netherlands - has that been knocked on the head?

Well in simple terms it's an IT services co now on possibly under 10 PE for this year; that's if we don't want to get too focused on the more trendy area "smart" word. It has indeed gone back to the early summer level on the chart and I wouldn't have bothered thinking chart predictions with a small AIM co like this; but it looks like a vanilla chart retrace nonetheless to a support level.
