I have personally little doubt that the management team here have healthy aspirations for their prospects and share price. I reckon at these levels they could be close to a 10 forward PE, with net cash and growth markets. Not many IT outfits on this type of valuation anywhere. One or two decent wins could bring much improved visibility / outlook which could mean and multiple of 15 would be very reasonable imv. That means the share price could go what 50% higher than this over the nearish term. They are talking good times in 2017. I am happy to bottom drawer these comforted (I believe) that someone like Mark Braund isn't gonna be content until things look much better than this. AIMHO. I agree the chart doesn't look too hot but how much tech analysis really is done with these AIM small caps; things can change on a sixpence.

I agree.Personally given the current financials and news I value the share at 1.35p so we are almost there. That's without technicals btw, just facts.

Not sure it will go below as this was the placing price.

Just a bit of buying and it should move quickly imo.

Not sure why this has pulled off so much, sure Mark is filly aware he needs to announce some new material contracts, all eluded to in recent RNSs, case of sitting tight for news, great top up opportunity.

Good spot ss.

Perhaps there is a deal in the making in the USA. I would accept 5.5p per share :-)

Hi smart solution.

Those were the positives I picked up on in the RNS. We need all this to be reflected in the share price and it is taking its time.

I cannot help but feel that other companies announcing a healthy profit would not seen a drop after such an RNS.

If we are in the US, they know a bargain when they see one and we may get bought out by an American company.

Appreciate your posts and keep up the good work.

Did anyone also pick up that they have been working for the world's biggest eretailer on the logistics side, these guys committed to some 1 my sq ft email fulfillment centres across the UK, biggest taker of sheds space in UK by some way, could REDS be involved in this programme....

Morning all, looks like it's hit the bottom, bounce from here imo, note the reference to the contract win in North America, more significant than people think imo, global plans?

Agreed. It's the result of ramping and attracting short term punters rather than investors. So as the punters leave you could say the share price is dropping to it's actual value!. Given REDS has only gained renewed contracts in the last few months then this is fair enough.A company needs to grow to increase share price not just rely on contract renewals (which is easy money).Just need to wait for new business.

apart from the long term holders, the traders know now that a good contract has been won and it is unlikely another one will come straightaway. Also, the stock is very slow and unresponsive so they prefer to put their money elsewhere

but they could be caught out badly!

just pub level speculation

Not sure how up-to-date REDS website is, but shows no change in the big 2's holdings?

Nothing to do with the failure of the past, there will be a catalyst to a move to a 50 m business this side of Xmas imo, look at some of the staff they have attracted recently, market leaders with great sector reputationso, as I said wonderful time to get in, hugely oversold.

Sure was a baffling reaction. This latest renewal makes 20 m plus of contracts announced within weeks of each other.

What happens to sp? It goes down - exasperating.

Perhaps the DB legacy is going to be too difficult to shift?
