Re Directorate Change

Redrow plc (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Vanda Murray OBE as a Non-Executive Director. She joins the Board on 1 August 2017.

Vanda has extensive Non-Executive Director experience. She is currently Chairman of Fenner plc and holds Non-Executive roles with Bunzl plc, Manchester Airports Group and Just Childcare Ltd. She is also Pro-Chancellor at Manchester Metropolitan University and a Board member of The Manchester Growth Company. In her Executive career, Vanda was the CEO of Blick plc prior to its acquisition by The Stanley Works in 2004 and the UK Managing Director of Ultraframe plc, overseeing a turnaround before its sale to Latium Group Holdings in 2006. She has also previously held non-executive directorships at Carillion plc, Exova plc and Microgen plc.

The Company also today announces that Liz Peace, Non-Executive Director, will retire from the Board at the end of her current appointment on the 31 August 2017 following her appointment as Chairman of the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation.
