AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT
Redefine International, the income-focused FTSE 250 UK-REIT, is pleased to announce that the following documents have been sent to shareholders today: -
- the Annual Report for the year ended 31 August 2016 (the "Annual Report") - the notice of the Annual General Meeting to be held on 23 January 2017 ("AGM"); and - the form of proxy in respect of the AGM.
(together, the "Documents").
Please note that the Annual Report contains no material changes to the results for the year ended 31 August 2016, released on SENS and RNS on 27 October 2016.
The AGM will be held at the Company's UK Office at 2nd Floor, 30 Charles II Street, London SW1Y 4AE on Monday, 23 January 2017 at 11.00am (UK time). The record date to attend and vote at the AGM will be 6.00pm (UK time) on Friday, 20 January 2017.
Copies of the Documents will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism in the UK and will shortly be available for inspection at: http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and can also be viewed on the Company's website, www.redefineinternational.com.
