I ignorantly have done zero research into the compatibility of the 2 businesses but wonder if anyone has looked into the possibility of RCN buying IS Solutions L:ISL?

He's certainly brought in the buyers. Nearly 400 of them today so far by the looks of it.

Hi Battlebus - yes I have been here since day one as a previous shareholder in Maxima. Also in CTP by default.

Yes I am still very bullish on Waterman and am meeting with the CEO this week if you have any questions that you would like me to ask him. Can you let me have your email address - you can PM me via twitter @vodkaquickstep or leave your email on here for few mins then delete it.

Henderson selling a few probably holding these back, could prove a good time to buy.

Not v happy that they tend to chuck options around like confetti.
At least they're ones with a strike close to the market price, but
the quantum is rather large.

interesting that Soros came on board at the placing. I had not
noticed. Henderson using any strength to see which is a bit
frustrating, but hopefully the Tempus PR should assist the
clearance.

Or perhaps this from today's Tempus column in The Times:-

Chris Cole, the new chairman of Redcentric, has 57 directorships, not including his new job. More than half may be units of WSP, which he founded and led, but that remains a lot of work for a 67-year-old.
The appointment of Mr Cole, who also chairs Ashtead, represents the end of an era for the networking company. He replaces Richard Ramsey, who split the company out of Redstone - where it was something of a red-headed stepchild - via a demerger and then the £65 million reverse takeover of InTechnology and the integration of the two businesses.
Redcentric, which provides cloud computing and datacentre services to clients, has brought George Soros onboard as an investor but has failed to appear on the radar screens of many investors.
That could change with Iomart, a rival, set to fall into the clutches of private equity buyers. True, Iomart margins are more than double Redcentric's, but it is improving its profitability and offers a good home for that cash if Iomart is delisted.
Recentric is trading at only 12 times this year's projected earnings and 10 times fiscal 2016 numbers compiled by FinnCap.
That looks cheap in a consolidating market and with improvement still on the way.
