10/11/2006 17:54 | I agree it is not good if they are not actually telling the truth, although I can imagine there are many companies who would do similarly. Do you know the company quite well, SHAREGOD? Do you have dealings with them? I hope you'll forgive my curiosity but you are under no pressure to give anything away, of course. | aleman
10/11/2006 15:52 | I agree that comments like that will not help investor relations in future if they read these threads, as some smaller company directors and staff do. | aleman
10/11/2006 15:30 | Sharegod, please can you remove the first word from that post. The Investor contacts are below, you could always try sending an email. They have been good in the past and think they plan to update their web site soon. What information where you after? Their PR company is Bishopsgate Communications Ltd 020 7430 1600 Maxine Barnes Sophie Davis or Daniel Stewart & Company plc 020 7776 6550 Alastair Cade Ruari McGirr | purple

09/11/2006 17:26 | It was 25th January last year. | deanforester
09/11/2006 15:40 | hope they are before christmas, my guess would be at the end of November or first two weeks of december:) Maybe santa is coming............. | purple
09/11/2006 13:28 | any date for the results yet? | purple
09/11/2006 11:05 | The spread has been noticably tighter of late 6.56 6.9 and in reasonable sizes too. Hopefully a few more trades will continue to increase liquidity come february I fully expect these to be trading 12-15p.An 80% increase on todays price. | sharegod
07/11/2006 10:45 | Educated guesswork. 650k-700k same ballpark aint it? nice for new investors to see some ideas bandied about. | sharegod
07/11/2006 00:47 | How do you get cash to £650k, SHAREGOD? If full year loss is £190k, then they will have made £38k profit in H2. Cash at interims was £788k. It is more than possible that cash will fall as turnover increases sharply in H2. The company will have to pay wages but invoicing will be for payment a few weeks further in arrears. The difference would be probably be £100k to £150k. Add the profit in and I would have thought cash would be nearer £700k. This area has swung wildly in the past and is affected by how much hardware they sell so is very difficult to predict and is little more than guesswork. Can you enlighten us as to where your number came from? | aleman
06/11/2006 22:39 | fy results should look something like this: turnover: 2.4mill pre tax loss: 190k cash balance:650k If they can win a few more contracts H1 2007 and remain in profit should be able to get 190k FY2007 rising to 350k 2008 on a pe of 15 gives me a price target of 19p | sharegod
06/11/2006 15:16 | Still a few trades going through. Any more interest and we might see another tick up. It doesn't take much. | aleman
03/11/2006 16:35 | anyone knows if there is any other ticker that it is known by? | spec97
03/11/2006 16:32 | they still are cheap. managed to get another cheeky 10k at least the spread is more like a mouses ear now.I used to get research emailed to me from dan stewart but they must have dropped me from their emailing list as i have not heard anything for ages. | sharegod
03/11/2006 16:28 | Nice rise - but they're still below my average buy, so they must still be cheap! | aleman
03/11/2006 16:27 | Sharegod, still in the office so thought I would just take a quick post. Redsquared Plc, provide contracted IT managed services and also offer Red Alert network monitoring software. The revenues for managed services will be stable and on a rolling basis after the standard 1-5 year term ends. The sale of RedAlert software will be effected more by economic conditions but at present represents only a small part of revenues. The potential market for RedAlert is hudge, but at present it is mainly being used as an USP to win managed service contract. The reacuring revenue is currently around £2 million, but the growth or decline of this will be dependent on new contract and continuation by exsisting customers. It is a bit old but it is worth reading the research report by DS, that explains the business model and market place. COMPANY OVERVIEW Red Squared is a proven provider of data centre and remote IT managed services to the UK corporate and public sector. The senior management team has worked together for the past 18 years and has built a strong relationship with IBM. Red Squared launched Red2A!ert, a systems monitoring and management software suite, for the mid market in April and has already secured its first customers. This market is underserved and represents a good opportunity for highly profitable revenue growth. | purple
