Noirua increasingly desperate here it seems. Just reposting public RNS's to push posts up the page.

Can't blame him I guess. Must be well down on his punts here.

Over on LSE poster Helpful is likewise desperate, constantly posting facile
Twitter links. He's has had money tied up in some of the £1m outstanding CLNs here for close to 2 years and imho will never now get to convert them as the conversion price is 0.8p. RRR are due to repay those CLNs this Dec. Do they have the cash for that? Will they attempt to roll them on for a third year? Or will they continue selling down the "family silver" Jupiter shares to pay the CLNs off?

Either way doesn't look good to me personally.

"appetite in UK for producing Co play,"

A combined fundraising? Novel indeed!

Could be the first major JV fundraising attempt post brexit.

I can see the price going through the roof here.

I think they should arrange their next meeting post Dubai in Las Vegas, Bali, Singapore, Hawaii, Fiji, Maldives and conclude the meetings in Mauritius.

Plan: We arrange for both chairmen to meet (Dubai) ... staged meeting to discuss all things WFE & RRR. On the agenda: discovery session, appetite in UK for producing Co play, vision for both companies and potential £100m MC. Could be the first major JV agreement post brexit 🤓

Red Rock is pleased to note the approval for the grant of licenses by the Mining Rights Board (MRB) on the mining cadastre website.

Upon receipt of official confirmation of intended grant, the Company will be invited to fulfil fee payment and registration requirements.

The grant of the licences remains subject to the approval of the Cabinet Secretary and a further announcement will be made as and when the licences are confirmed.

Andrew Bell, Chairman of Red Rock comments: "We are entering the last stage of what has been a lengthy process, and thank all involved.

We look forward to the confirmation of grant, and to renewing progress towards our aim, which is to have a producing gold mine."

Note: A project summary was included in the announcement of 22 October 2018. An updated summary will be released upon conclusion of the grant process.

22 October 2018

29.4 Mt @ 1.26 g/t Au with contained metal content of 1.193 MOz Au. · Metallurgical test work on samples from the MK prospect showed that gold recoveries in excess of 90% were achievable. · Mineralisation at all prospects remains potentially open at depth (including down plunge) and along strike of key higher grade zones.

Noirua nonsense: "so the three elements needed for the success of WFE and or RRR"

The elephant in the room there, as always, is that success for RRR means success
for the BOD. It does not equate to success for shareholders here. Never has done
imho and that's because of the staggering amounts this BOD expend in
Admin and other expenses. It strips the company of all value for shareholders

Between 2012 and 2017 this company raised over £15m from dilutive placings
In the same period it expended over £11m on admin and other expenses

Clear to see where the available cash goes. There is no shareholder value
in such a business model for the ordinary PI imho. All they will see is the
endless dilution that happens naturally as the result of a greedy BOD stripping
precious cash from the company for expenses. It's nothing but an AIM lifestyle
venture for Bell and cronies imho. DYOR

Friday fun day .... so the three elements needed for the success of WFE and or RRR
1. Project - the cost/time required building a plant
2. feed, quantity and grade consistency
3. Funding ... cash flow

Gold continues its recovery in the present uncertain markets and downward pressure on interest rates. Still working on the Mid Migori value to RRR if and when the Mining Minister rubber stamps the mining license application.

The gold price has recovered sharply on downgrades in orders in the engineering sector. News on Mid Migori is close - 1.2m ounces gold plus 67K ounces in tailings.

Wow Noirua appears to be getting very desperate

A definite surge of useless posts can only mean bad news is coming in my book.

Where is the cash going to come from here? Dilution or continued asset stripping of the "family silver" Jupiter shares? Either way poor shareholder value when so much of any available cash gets swallowed up in expenses.

Between 2012 and 2017 RRR raised over £15m from repeated share issues.
In the same period they burned over £11m just on admin and other expenses.

Where is the shareholder value in such a model? None that I can see.

Yet the same lackies keep ramping this POS.

Not really my call but let’s look at 3:1 .. that’s 3 WFE-1 RRR ... thoughts ... open for a haggle

Takeover bids for RRR? With such a low market cap (£3M) its just a matter of time....

Who knows what proposals may be made? Neither of us, I guess

With the falling price of Manganese it might be good timing to sell more JMS shares that are steady at 38.5c with the CLN's coming up for repayment or conversion at 0.8p in December. No doubt the market has factored in the next dividend in November and the fact the company is a 1.05 trick pony. The 0.05 being a possible deal on Mount Mason and Mount Ida iron ore.
All this if nothing happens short term at Mid Migori and Musonoi. Musonoi is running about 8 months behind the original expectation of a JORC resource announcement in January or February last.
Maybe the delay at Musonoi is due to spending too much time praying in the Cathedral sheds? Mind you, shareholders are down on their knees as well.
The rainy season is nearly upon DRC and RRR needs to announce a JORC resource as a matter of some urgency.

Will Winmar Resources Limited bid for Red Rock Resources PLC? Winmar are expected to return to the ASX and float on London's market at the same time. Their closing market cap was at £38m against Red Rock's £3.3m. A bidding war might take place with RRR's Musonoi, DRC tenement sandwiched between Glencore's 90% owned tenements.

Put together an 18 page presentation why it makes sense for Winmar WFE:ASX and Redrock Resources RRR:AIM to be discussing all things cobalt production together in the DRC... happy to share only if GWS win ... thoughts?
