16/9/2019 08:19 | Kemche: "Could the idea be to sell off JMS shares in a piecemeal fashion, "expense" the whole lot and then sail off into the sunset?" Either way, as always, shareholders won't see a penny of any of the proceeds. It's a mugs share imho | torp

15/9/2019 17:59 | Could the idea be to sell off JMS shares in a piecemeal fashion, "expense" the whole lot and then sail off into the sunset? | kemche
15/9/2019 16:00 | Any comment on those liabilities Noirua or are you just going to ignore and hope readers don't notice you didn't/couldn't answer? | torp
15/9/2019 14:19 | ❖ Red Rock’s retained consultant geologist has conducted a desk top study of historic data ❖ Identified a deposit potential for the Musonoi PE4962 footprint of up to 400,000 tons contained copper and 25,000+ tons of cobalt | noirua
15/9/2019 00:04 | Hmmm seems he can't! | torp
13/9/2019 18:32 | Just to add Admin Expenses ran at £850,000 last year So together with the £2.7m liabilities (as at end Dec) that's a funding requirement of around £3.5m since Dec isn't it? And that's before we even bring up project costs and any "Other Project Costs" (last year £306k) Yet you seem to be saying that a paltry bit of cash from selling Jupiter shares and a forthcoming dividend will make everything ok? Your numbers really don't appear to add up TBH. Perhaps you could elucidate. | torp
13/9/2019 18:27 | Just to clarify Noirua, are the liabilities more than just those £1.1m of CLNs? Half Year Report stated liabilities as £2.7m as at end Dec 2018. Are you saying tons of that total liability have disappeared? Or were you just neglecting to mention the whole amount? | torp
13/9/2019 13:48 | Selling is continuing with the CLN conversion situation in December next. RRR have a dividend due from Jupiter in November that should cover normal running costs, together with an earlier placing and recent sale of 1.5m Jupiter shares, until early into 2020. - 2018 - Administration costs: £849,518* ---- * Includes £288,016 in legal and regulation fees. If CLN holders demand repatriation of their cash then about £1.1 million will be needed, including interest, to cover the position. Red Rock could sell more ASX:JMS shares so there are no worries as of now about covering the position. Not an ideal situation with ongoing costs in DRC and RRR not coming whiter than white ove the £1.1 million unsecured loan made to Steelmin that looks lost. | noirua
12/9/2019 22:48 | Noirua: "This showed that 1,500,000 shares had been sold " Dear oh dear. So they've resorted to selling down the family silver (Jupiter shares) in order to presumably keep paying the preposterous salaries and Admin Expenses. Last one out turn off the lights please ! 12/9/2019 09:33 | Regency Mines Plc (LON: RGM) the natural resource exploration and development company with interests in energy storage, battery metals and natural gas announces the resignation of Andrew Bell as a Director of the Company. Andrew Bell, outgoing director, said: "As the new directors have now become familiar with the business, the transition is complete, and this is the right time for me to leave the board and take on other responsibilities. I shall of course be available to assist whenever this may be required, but under the leadership of Scott Kaintz and the new Chairman the Company is in good hands and with the Nickel price finally beginning to improve, it has better prospects now than it has had for years." Red Rock has a minute interest in Regency Mines that was once very big but reduced in value as the share price sank. Once worth several Rolls Royce and now a cup of char for each shareholder and dry biscuit. Don't however get me wrong here as comments by AB on a [possible] transformational outcome in DRC [and Mid Migori] could yet come up trumps. | noirua
10/9/2019 18:51 | I'm only here now for Bells signed election rosette ! That must add thousands onto the worth of the Co !! Maybe he has a black shirt up for grabs too ? | seagullsslimjim
10/9/2019 17:24 | There are several negatives at Red Rock. There are positives in Jupiter Mines Limited and possible great outcomes at Musonoi and Mid Migori. Another possible is the US$2.95 million in royalties due from El Limon and one more, royalties at Mount Ida and US$8 million due if iron ore commercial production is ever reached. | noirua

09/9/2019 16:21 | Noirua - 07 Sep 2019 - 16:32:20 - 8616 of 8625 RED ROCK RESOURCES PLC - Information Thread - RRR Yes politics will suit Andrew Bell down to the ground. Politicians never lie. Everything is said in trying to seek a higher truth. No election has been declared and now Speaker John Bercow may not stand for what is normally a strong Conservative seat. The article jumps the gun. Of course Andrew Bell speaks well and that is a big plus and it would indeed be a miracle if he achieves his goal. Generally though the odds are against him but the publicity gained wont be bad. Speaker John Bercow stands down on 31 October and will not stand in the next election in Buckinghamshire. | noirua

08/9/2019 11:02 | "Clunes1007 Sep '19 - 17:59 - 8617 of 8620 Bell should be concentrating on making RRR a success - full stop!" Is success the right word? Mess is more appropriate. | sleveen
