Agreed 28 days to relist. John May is Chairman of Piri and they raised over £700k lately. I don't believe finance is an issue.

Even if does suspend to me looks like a clean cash shell with a cap less then the cost of obtaining a quote. Will requote with a Nomad and deal within 4 weeks. Fingers crossed.

The thing to remember is that even a 10 bagger assuming no dilution is a paltry £5 mill cap. Even assuming 100% dilution its £10. mill cap. That is not a lot if it were to do a reverse takeover with a worthwhile business. Obviously, it depends on a deal, and the nature of the deal, but some reverse takeovers have made share holders very rich. That said at the moment a NOMAD is the most pressing thing and without suspension it occurs on the 20th of Jan.
