Reconstruction Capital II Limited ("the Company") announces that on 13 June 2017, it purchased for cancellation 1,100,000 of its ordinary shares of EUR 0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of EUR 0.16 per share.
Following the above transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 146,522,267.
