DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

The Company has been notified of the following transaction by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

On 11 May 2017, Frederic Larmuseau, Area EVP Developing Markets, a PDMR, exercised 82,258 share options granted on 11 December 2013 at an option price of GBP46.51 per share and disposed of all the resulting Shares at GBP72.729238 per share.

On the same day, Mr Larmuseau sold 39,047 Shares at GBP72.90 per share.

Following these transactions, Mr Larmuseau's shareholding is 144,469 Shares, representing 0.0205% of the Company's issued share capital. Treasury shares have not been taken into account when calculating this percentage.

The attached notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, gives further detail.
