Well this is a massive placing. Encouraging to get it away at 60p really. Gives them lots of firepower. Shame existing investors weren't given the opportunity though.

They look OK to me, or mildly disappointing.

Revenue less admin costs and interest is marginal largely due to admin costs being £1m higher. Presumably the REIT conversion has cost them.

Valuation uplifts also look below sector averages.

A hold rather than a buy in my view.

Paul Bassi, chief executive of Real Estate Investors (LON:RLE) says the company is buying commercial properties in Birmingham just as the city is on the cusp of re-emerging as a major economy in the UK. He says the purchase of another office building, in the heart of the new Birmingham "masterplan", for £1.85mln is about "value, value, value" with an initial yield of 11%.

According to the co website they held 5.69% at 11 November.

A totally bizarre Holdings RNS. If indeed Henderson Global did hold 38.77m shares, then that was 34.8%!

Reducing to less than 5% means to less than 5.57m shares...

Has someone new really bought a 29.99% holding - 33.4m shares?

I wait further declarations with interest.

I realised that, Tilton, but my meaning was that even though it was clients' money, it still gives you that advantageous spending power, albeit on their behalf.
