I think we cleared the Market at sub-54p - mainly down to your 250k of course. Others may be late buyers from the Midas article.

I had a meeting with the team last week, and have been trying to buy stock since. Managed to pick up 250k at 53.25p this morning.

With the Markets having settled down and now passage into the usually positive Nov/Jan quarter, I decided to get back in here @ 53.5p.

Commercial Real Estate still rampant and should have much further to go on yield considerations alone.

Lots of delayed trades just been published. Looks like there was some action at the close last night. Has an overhang been shifted?

Dividend and conversion to a REIT on the way. This could be looking well placed. NAV growth was a bit disappointing, but should continue to do well over the next year. Encouraging given the low gearing.
