Is this considered break out territory ?

For the last year they were £146k.Now £50k p.a. as below:"10.2.3 Services AgreementOn 29 July 2015 REACT entered into a services agreement with Autoclenz Limited pursuant to which Autoclenz Limited agreed to provide REACT with office space, back office facilities and services (including personnel) in respect of REACT's business for a fee of £50,000 per annum. This agreement is subject to six months' notice by either party."

From memory the admission document contains a paragraph specifying back office/administration costs which will still be handled by Autoclenz. Circa £140/150k p.a. rings a bell but I'd need to check.

The reported pre-tax profit for React within Autoclenz was about 280K on 1.55mln turnover.

So if they just replicated that, it would give about 0.1p earnings ie. a p/e of about 15.

However, it looks as if turnover is going to be a fair bit higher than that.

On the other hand, its not yet known what level of overheads are going to be present. Within AutoClenz a proportion of overheads were apportioned to React.

My guess would be that with the group as it is the overheads will be significantly higher than within AutoClenz, simply because the admin. functions are now all stand-alone.

I guess it will be finals before we find out what the current share price represents as a rating. It will then also be a bit easier to see what level of turnover is required to grow React as a stand-alone profitable business.

Monthly run rate looks lower for the 6 months to March, than for the period up to Sept '15, but annual total looks like it will be signficantly higher than for the previous year for the React business. Previous year 1.55mln, done 1.1mln already.

Perhaps its a bit quieter over the winter period - less going on generally ?

Actually extremely narrow spread for this stock, 1.6055-1.6245. Not sure I've seen it that tight before...

We have seen a few chunky buys going through and the fall back in price becoming less. I expect this to be testing resistant levels soon and breaking through! IMHO

Guys knotweed is a regulation of law and if on your land ie network rail, council, canal or building site they are required to prevent it from invading adjoining properties by law. You can NOT ... cut it down, be burried, transported, burnt or sprayed without a licence. Big fines.The norm to treatment is a THREE year programme but it is not guaranteed.Network rail, canal council, and local councils are now going through registered contractors for spaying or introducing a parasite of knotweed.
