Logical acquisition. Not a lot of cash but adds to the portfolio of services. I have a good feeling about this company - even though I'm nursing a heavy loss atm!!

Although it doesn't sound much, Japanese knotweed is a growing problem afaik.

Presumably facilities management companies need a mix of clearing requirements and that will be one of them. I wonder if they are aiming at housebuilding / brownfield site problems as well as the ones already listed. You quite often hear about stuff being discovered underneath a potential site.

Looks like its all part of making sure there is a complete offering.

Results were to 30th Sept when we were only starting out. Update on last 6 months would add real figures to bullish outlook....

I think the recent movements are just noise, although they look quite large in % terms. No point in issuing news or updates that don't contain anything significant - only just had results.

No rush and they have until the end of June not that they will necessarily leave it until then. Outlook statement of barely three weeks ago ought to be good enough for now.

I truly believe that this is the start of a prolonged rerating of the shares. IMHO they offer a great buy with excellent growth prospects.
