The Company is pleased to announce that further to the announcement on 15 July 2015 and the Scheme having become effective on 24 July 2015, the suspension of trading on AIM in the Company's shares will be lifted at 07.30 am, with trading in the Company's shares becoming effective at 08:00 am, on 27 July 2015.
