12/9/2016 07:35 | Oh dear!!!!! Profit warning and very little cash left. Please read previous comments. From today's interims:- "That said, we are expecting a weaker second half contrary to the normal pattern, principally due to the unusually front loaded show schedule" Cash down to just £522,000. Guzzled through another £2m in a year. Dreadful balance sheet. | michaelmouse
08/8/2016 19:28 | Am surprised this is not higher with all the stake building from Gate. Not long before the interim results which will be very interesting. Especially following the update just over a month ago. Also look forward to comments on the last half. They usually have a clear view of the year by September. | ironstorm
22/6/2016 17:38 | That's reassuring. LOL. | michaelmouse
25/5/2016 12:19 | I went out earlier this morning - there wasn't enough upbeatness of going forward for me. Maybe wrong, but I very much share michaelmouse's observations of how much we owe to Gate for the recent, very welcome and significant healthy share price uptick - and not forgetting the optimism from TW. f | fillipe
25/5/2016 11:10 | A few thoughts. | michaelmouse
23/5/2016 10:44 | Looks headed for 3p. | tromso1
18/5/2016 13:55 | It looks as if Gate want to get to 29.9% if they can find the stock. | look alive
18/5/2016 12:08 | Gate Ventures has further increased its stake. Personally I would have preferred Nigel Wray to have been the accumulator but at least someone is buying. | standish11
03/5/2016 10:18 | Very quiet here despite the two RNSs. I guess we are now waiting for the out turn to last year - unless anyone knows what the managements expectations were? I know my expectations are for the start of a momentum on Revenue and Op. Profit growth. | ironstorm
08/4/2016 14:45 | Where is that whinyfrith t*sser, a multi bagger from 65p he said... Oh how naive my younger self was. Somebody turf that guy out by his ear and get him cleaning streets, he'll do less damage to the human race there | lionheart79
17/3/2016 17:21 | A brief tribute to the guru that brought you Avanti, michaelmouses bull call for 2015/6. free stock charts from uk.advfn.com Avanti, forgot how many times he has topped up only for it to fall further south, same with Aero and Trakm8 free stock charts from uk.advfn.com free stock charts from uk.advfn.com And the one he is trashing, A MULTI BAGGER, his BEAR CALL. 05/3/2016 09:37 | Unusually for AIM, this LTIP was announced as part of the restructuring and required approval by the existing shareholders prior to restructuring. In general, I'm not a fan of most LTIPs but it's difficult to object to this one now, given that its intent is to replace the prior options awards, and its recent shareholder approval. | briangeeee
05/3/2016 08:26 | 17:25 release on a Friday evening. Naughty, naughty. dan de lion - "I will be more than happy if they meet the exercise prices of 3.5p, 4.5p and 5.5p!" I've no doubt that they'll be pulling all sorts of alternative figures out of a hat to try and pump up the share price to these levels and then cash in their options for 1p a pop. Even the lowest figure of 3.5p gives them an instant 250% profit. Disgusting greed and totally unnecessary. Options at 2.5p/3p may have been acceptable at this juncture, but 1p is taking the mickey. Worse still is that the dilution in near 20% of the issued share capital. Dreadful. As a PI this company should be avoided at all costs. Usual pump merchants involved I notice trying to entice gullible PIs to buy whilst 1p placing backers off-load into any rise. | michaelmouse
05/3/2016 07:34 | yes its a rip off just a stroller money making racket this company pity us shareholders don't get to vote on these options | jon123
05/3/2016 00:02 | Double post. | dan de lion
05/3/2016 00:02 | I will be more than happy if they meet the exercise prices of 3.5p, 4.5p and 5.5p! | dan de lion
04/3/2016 18:45 | Not happy with this - Avaricious at best. And they know it, otherwise why issue the RNS at 5.23pm on a Friday! | mortimer7
04/3/2016 13:53 | "Bob King, who has stepped down as CEO, but will continue to work as a creative consultant to Dewynters until 31 August 2016. Anthony Pye-Jeary, co-founder of Dewynters, has also decided to leave the company at the end of May 2016." Abandon ship captain, iceberg ahead!!!!!! | michaelmouse

01/3/2016 16:30 | Does anybody know a micro-cap company that is making real profits (not pre-tax or EBITDA), has excellent tangible asset backing, good cashflow, is paying a decent dividend and has little debt? Oh I do apologise. Clearly the wrong thread for those sort of questions. Good luck. You'll need it. Watch out for blatant ramping as backers at 1p sell into any rise. Trading statement was lack lustre I see. "R4E expects to report FY revenue, EBITDA and statutory pretax profit in line with market expectations." That'll be a loss after tax then. "2015 couldn't match the exceptional performance in 2014" Mild profit warning (loss warning). Future visibility will always be very poor. "trading in 2015 was very satisfactory." No such thing as "very satisfactory". It's either satisfactory or it's not. | michaelmouse
29/2/2016 11:54 | As reported today:- R4E expects to report FY revenue, EBITDA and statutory pretax profit in line with market expectations. "As previously reported, the Group delivered an encouraging set of half year and third quarter results and trading has continued well in the last quarter of the year, with the expected seasonal uptick in revenues," it said in a statement. "SpotCo in New York continues to maintain a strong market position and while 2015 couldn't match the exceptional performance in 2014, trading in 2015 was very satisfactory. "Dewynters in London has also performed well with actions to reduce costs helping to produce an increase in profit contribution for the year." | mortimer7
