PDMR Shareholdings

Further to the announcement made earlier today ("Earlier Announcement") Reabold Resources Plc (LSE AIM:RBD) is pleased to announce completion of the subscription (the "Subscription") of a total of 73,500,000 new ordinary shares to raise a total of GBP367,500 gross proceeds on the basis of the Earlier Announcement.
