Further to the Appointment of Administrators on 14th May 2010, we have received notification that the Raymarine PLC shares are no longer eligible to be held within the UK Settlement System.

We have therefore removed the Raymarine shares from your account.

The Joint Administrators of Raymarine expect to make a cash distribution payment to shareholders of approximately 19.5 pence per share. The distribution is anticipated to be made in mid-November of this year, however, we will notify you in due course once the cash has been received.

A certificated holding may be retained by the registrar. If this is the case, we will reflect this on your account although it may not be visible. Should you hold your shares in a ShareBuilder Account please be aware that upon receiving a certificated holding we will take the necessary steps to transfer the shares to your ShareDealing Account, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions (see section 5.5). No fractions of shares will be transferred.

Should we receive any further information from the Company we will update you in due course. Should you however, wish to find more information about the Appointment of Administrators, please visit the Company website at www.raymarine.uk.

Estimated distribution to shareholders remains at 19.5p per share

Timing of distribution expected to be on or around 19 November 2010

Further to our previous update to Members on 8 October 2010 we provide you with a further update on the progress of the Liquidation.

We are pleased to report that we have today received formal written clearance from HM Revenue & Customs in respect of the tax position of the company. It is our intention to make a distribution to Members by cheque on or around 19 November 2010. We are currently performing a final reconciliation of the company's financial affairs but anticipate the estimated distribution to remain unchanged at no less than 19.5p per share.

The distribution shall be made by cheque, made payable to the shareholder's name as registered with the company's registrar, Equiniti. Please note that where your shares are held with a nominee, payment will be made directly to the nominee who will be responsible for the redistribution of the monies.

Hi all, just noticed that RAY has been removed from my list of shares within my nominee account. Never happened since suspension. Anyone else had this.

Thx, still a shame that we could not have gone with the garmin 30p+ bid, but i suppose we could have all got 0p as well if there was no bidders, anyway i reckon 2 weeks max now.

Made a double on NTOG of £5k but apart from that I now sit on BMR/UEN/SOLG and am about even stevens at mo but ever more confident. I was hoping RAY would pay out soon so I can go in for some more UEN but feel i may miss the rise into the high teens before I get cash....

Well, we a pretty much into the month where I expect to get some money back. A nice profit as it happens. 15th i am reckoning then transfer to nominee account etc.

Just a timely reminder that debbieGee is still in pole position on the grid from our competition (closed now of course): it was between you and me but it looks like you'll take the honours...

Further to our previous update to Members on 19 August 2010 I provide you with a further update on the progress of the Liquidation.



All statutory documentation regarding the Joint Liquidators' appointment has been submitted to Companies House. The appointment of the Liquidators has also been advertised in the London Gazette and the Independent Newspaper, together with an invitation for any creditors to submit claims to the Liquidators' office by 16 September 2010. We are pleased to report that no claims have been received.



Corporation tax computations for the periods prior to the date of liquidation have been submitted to HM Revenue & Customs ("HMRC"), with a request for confirmation that there are no outstanding tax matters. However, we have yet to be provided with tax clearance in respect of this request. We will continue to liaise with HMRC to obtain clearance as soon as possible.



The Joint Liquidators have also submitted a claim for a VAT refund and this has yet to be received.



Please note that the estimated distribution to shareholders remains unchanged at 19.5p per share at this time. It is our intention to make a distribution to Members by cheque when all taxation matters have been dealt with and formal clearance obtained from HMRC.



On the assumption that tax clearance will be granted by HMRC within the next two to four weeks, we anticipate at this time making the distribution to shareholders in mid-November.



As such the Joint Liquidators would ask that all shareholders ensure that any changes to their contact details are updated with the Company's registrar, Equiniti.
