Pursuant to Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 3.1.2-A, the following information falls to be disclosed:

On 2 October 2017, Stephen Coe and persons closely associated with Stephen Coe, Non Executive Director of the Company subscribed for 976 scrip preference shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Preference Shares") in respect of the preference share dividend for the period from 30 June 2017 to (but excluding) 30 September 2017.

Following these subscriptions Stephen Coe and his immediate family have a beneficial interest in 64,919 Preference Shares.
