Yes - I was thinking about all those posters who have come and gone. Those old pictures of him were funny - that one you posted with him on CCTV outside that flat was funny.... and I will always remember his 'rack of lamb' post.

I suppose some of these people are posting under different names now. Must say, it
was sad news about Brindy. He had a wicked sense of humour and is missed here.

Someone once famously said that the power of the bulletin boards bring investors together... well he was right about that!

Well, I think some recognition ought to go to our Olympic Team. Move over Lord Justice Eady. They have done us proud - and that's even without having to stand up that often!

BTW, I'm quite happy to discuss both EKT and HTH with you (I've no holding in either) provided you filter your stalkers and don't refer to them. The alternative is that this will go the way of just about every other thread on the subject, and I'll walk away. A pity I didn't make it a moderated thread.

jonwig is right and the problem of stalkers on here still persists. I should know - he's been stalking me for years as well. It's a shame ADVFN can't or won't block his access completely.

Yep - I would guess so. He was wiped out once - I just hope he hasn't sunk life changing sums into the rubbish around now. Worse still, he could even be locked into EEL.

I simply meant that it would be surprising to see the Georgians cave so quickly if they were in collaboration with one of the best armed forces in the world.

And a soon-to-be nato member into the bargain. But of course the Georgians were most likely encouraged by, and used by, the yanks to test the Russian resolve - and then left high and dry.
