Been resigned to that outcome for a while.

With the interference of TB considered, I've not been confident that RP or DB could conclude any deal for a return of anything what so ever to shareholders.

A shame beacause I know other companies, where a little more mettle and tenacity has been shown ( and I may be doing them a misservice, but nothing to the contrary is evident in the public domain ).

Wholly unsatisfactory.

pembury, you would do well to learn the lessons of RAM before it is too late for you in TXO, it certainly would make much more sense than following me around.

The point you really need to learn is TB has a track record of losing money for investors, whilst lining his own pockets with fees that is as long as your arm. He is not fit to be a director of any company let alone a publicly listed one.

Why would I hold more than one share in more than one TB company? That would indeed be very weird holding a load of shares in companies run be someone you do not have faith in, so why do you do it pembury? You have been let down and lied to so many times by Tim why do you continue to hold shares in one of his companies?

Yet all you do all day, every week, every month is post non stop on TB related companies. Very weird that you would go to such time consuming lengths to slag off this person when you hold no shares.

T,

I thought you got sucked into TXO at one point, I take it you got out and I hope it was not too painful an experience, like what is in store for those who continue to hold there.

Tim is bad and in my view should be struck off as a director of any company, yet he is now focused on luring more mug punters into CTFA, but he is doing it from behind the scenes with another Tim playing the front man.

However there are quite a few other shocking directors out there on AIM and it is not just AIM, look at Fred Goodwin. Before I invest anywhere I check out the track record of the key board members, if it is just a litany of failure, like TB, then I do not even bother doing any more research. Ok so maybe I miss the odd gem that way, but I avoid so much wasted time and money on rubbish. It is defiantly the best way. Once I am convinced of the management's credentials, then if the rest of the story checks out, I am happy to pile quite a bit in and hold through long periods of no news and shareprice decline, which happens on all stocks, but I am equally happy to cut my losses as soon as I feel the company has not been as honest with the market as it should have been.

Since I have followed this strategy, my portfolio has recovered from the impact of some very serious blunders, where I believed the info being provided, without really knowing if I could / should trust the management.

TB is the kiss of death.

I'll not invest in another company he has even the remotest link to.

A flurry of "change of adviser" announcements this morning shows that Libertas is no longer operating as a Nominated Adviser (Nomad) to AIM companies. Was it a voluntary act or was it pushed? Will other Nomads now follow suit?

As of Monday Libertas was still in the game with its main corporate financier, Mr Sandy Jamieson, appearing on an RNS for Cesspit posterboy stock Leed Resources (LDP). But as of today Mr Jamieson is now working for Cairn Financial and most of Libertas's clients including the pointless Leed, have followed him. The rest have gone to other advisors.

Before RAM disappears from the face of the earth, just dig out the annual reports from the TB years and see how much he took in fees and emoluments over the time. The dodgy paper swaps he did with his other companies fortunately have not panned out the way he intended. I wonder how much the administrators will get for the Alpha Prospects shares - might as well give them to TB as his severance.

It's over all the assets will be flogged off to reduce the debt they will attempt a CVA on the rest in order to become a shell company, If the CVA does not go through it will be liquidation.

The person responsible for this is Tim Baldwin, he ran the company into the ground, when they got rid of him he caused so much trouble no one was prepared to invest the money needed to save the company. Tim trying to claim a six figure sum for wrongful dismissal just rubs salt in the wounds. He might get a few quid if the CVA goes through if not he will get nothing. The only good news is HSI's investment in RAM is equally worthless and he is going to have to wind that up as well, losing even more money for himself and all his investors. That is all he ever does is lose money for investors.

From the original announcement with Stream, the company must have been given some encouragement that investment could be forthcoming ?

The insuing farce will no doubt have put some off, but lets hope some maintain a modicum of interest.

Ruffer may not want to put good money in after bad, but they might not want to write off their investment either ??

Some good news on the parent company front is long awaited.

Funding and for what are indeed the core questions...

So has Stream lost the 23 mill shares as well. I have spoken to the House broker, no way back, unless they are happy with funding. Funding for what, we still have TB, clock is ticking.

Looks like the end of the road for us, phoned and tried to contact DB, again no return call. If they still cannot get funding will our share holders get any money back?

Just saying that whatever the forward proposition, it comes down to getting it backed financially. It's my nature to remain hopeful but my instinct says it would be wrong not to recognise the challenges still to be overcome.
